食完飯,侍應奉送了每人一碗紅荳沙,呢度既紅荳沙聽聞都做得幾好,聽家姐講,有時訂都訂唔到添,今日可以品嚐到,紅荳沙入面有一陣陣的陳皮味道,紅荳起晒沙,甜度啱啱好,真係好好食!!好少酒樓做紅荳沙做得咁好食。

這天與家人到了火炭遊玩,晩上就找上了這間酒樓,因下周是母親節,所以菜牌也提早一周加價了,所有特價菜式也叫停,我們一行五人,見有個包括鮑魚,龍蝦的6人套餐$988(巳包茶芥加一),普通的4人餐也要,$400-500,於是就點了這個決定豪一豪。所有菜式也上齊,味道也不錯,唯獨主角開邊蒸波士頓龍蝦,於是再三催促之下终於送到,一看也心知不妙, 龍蝦蒸得過熟, 肉質非常韌, 不知是不是翻蒸,定蒸得過晒龍,很失望,而且看清楚套餐餐牌(下面很細的字)原來星期六,日要加$150,所以並不是$988,而是$1138, 這樣質素的龍蝦 ,絕對不值這個價錢。

新年前朋友出海釣魚,收穫一齊在這新年飯局分享,來到火炭龍悦酒家加工,但要收幾拾元/ 斤,收費尚算便宜。師傅煎出來的魚十分脆口,另外一種係切片放在鍋裏煮,非常鮮甜 ,另外「龍悦」本身也有出名的小菜.魚切片放在鍋裏滾熟,啖啖鮮魚微滲透在口中.將新鮮黃立倉煎封又是另外一種香口的食法.炸子雞雖然用冰鮮雞嚟煮,口感也不錯.琵琶豆腐夠新鮮及嫩滑.香煎蓮藕餅加埋鯪魚肉混在一起有兩種口感.翠玉瓜炒牛柳加入京蔥爆香十分惹味。酒樓有自己招牌的小炒,亦有一圍的菜式可供選擇.酒家在火炭站出咗港鐵口都要行15分鐘,但是要吃好嘢,就要付出,行下啦.

吃完炸物,當然要加個菜:)真不明白外國人為何把皮旦選為十大噁心食物之一?他們真該來一嚐這金銀蛋莧菜。中規中矩的煮法,只是菜新鮮,吃的舒服:)

其實,菜單價錢和質素比較,實在很抵。只是,茶芥、加一、飯等相加後共百多元,這筆數相較和餸菜相比,實在又不少!不過,今時今日,間間食肆都如此,他們経營困難,就靠這些「下欄」幫補吧!

同屋企人食飯但費事響沙田咁迫, 所以去左火炭呢間新酒樓, 見佢價錢唔貴, 所以一於試下.平日夜晚唔太多人, 唔訂位直入都無問題. 環境幾大夠寬敞, 而且好光猛.要左個燒腩仔(例牌), 肥瘦一層一層隔開既, 夠平均. 咬落個皮幾脆卜卜, 肉質腍身夠嫩滑, 唔會太咸且富肉鮮味.雙菇扒蔬, 菇菌份量幾多, 小唐菜新鮮爽口又乾淨. 個汁杰身可以撈飯, 唔會太咸, 剛剛好. 成個雖然無肉鮮味, 較素, 但唔會覺得好清淡, 反而仲更加惹味.
