To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1. 黃花魚 (黃花魚冇腥味,肉質新鮮嫩滑)
2. 豬手 (豬手口感適中,唔過淋亦都唔過硬,有滿滿嘅骨膠原)
3. 蕃茄蛋牛肉 (牛肉有好多片,蕃茄蛋酸味超級好,立即增加食慾)
4. 椒鹽蝦 (椒鹽蝦超好味,同事話連殼食都可以)
5. 魚香茄子肉碎 (重口味正常魚香茄子肉碎,因為本身超鍾意呢味餸,好味)
6. 翠玉瓜炒肉片木耳 (因為好多肉點都要叫返啲菜中和下,多多翠玉瓜正)
7. 豬扒 (呢個豬扒係唯一唔好食的🫣,好乾同埋好韌,不過只有佢一味餸唔好食其他都超好,所以都冇乜所謂)

首先,可能師傅換咗,餐牌少咗好多,小籠包都冇。我們點了賽螃蟹伊面,蒸鳳爪,牛肉腸粉,牛肉燒賣,馬拉糕,娃娃菜,灌湯餃,翠玉瓜釀鮑魚仔,水晶蝦餃,炸鮮奶。
炸鮮奶明顯不是新鮮炸的,不脆不熱,而且裡面的奶都凝固了。
水晶蝦餃還可以,蝦是新鮮的,但太小,而且一籠才兩個。
最差是賽螃蟹伊面,伊面明顯受潮發霉,有一股很濃的霉味,根本無法下口,退了了事。
其他味道尚可,但沒有令人驚豔之處,尚算正常。
這家龍悅我一直很欣賞,但是疫情之後,質素突然變差,令人嘆息!
整個用餐體驗真係唔錯!
最先係蝦餃,呢個經典嘅廣東點心以佢鮮美嘅蝦肉同埋嫩滑嘅皮薄馅大嘅特點而出名。呢間酒樓嘅蝦餃唔止皮薄馅大,而且蝦肉鮮嫩,口感好正。
然後係燒腩仔,肉質鮮嫩、五香濃郁。呢間酒樓嘅燒腩仔烤得好入味,表皮烤得酥脆,內裡卻保持住鮮嫩多汁嘅口感。每一口都可以感受到肉質嘅豐富層次同埋烤制嘅精湛技藝。
而叉燒亦係一口咬落去,彷彿可以感受到整個口內香氣四溢。呢個叉燒肉質鮮嫩、口感細膩、肥瘦相間,入口即化。佢嘅烤制技藝同埋調味嘅精髓,令呢道叉燒成為我試過其中最好嘅一個。
總體黎講,呢間酒樓嘅菜品真係好滿意,每樣菜都體現咗酒樓嘅烹飪技藝同埋用心製作。除咗好味嘅菜品,酒樓嘅服務亦都好周到,服務員熱情、細心,令人感受到家嘅溫暖。如果你想試下正宗嘅廣東美食,呢間酒樓絕對係一個好選擇。我一定會再次光顧呢間酒樓,享受呢樣好味道。
鐵觀音有點苦澀味,至於香片正常一點。兩個人食得唔多,叫了一款點心拼盤、香煎腸粉,點心正常,冇咩特別。紅油抄手辣椒醬香濃惹味;最後再加一個皮蛋瘦肉粥,有好多皮蛋,粥底軟綿綿,味道唔錯。
今日去完梁安琪Band House 做野,又去了了Angel 飯堂龍悅開餐,見到龍悅推出大閘蟹餐就點了試試。
個餐好多野食,乂閘蟹有兩只(4兩重),叉燒皇併脆腩仔,翠玉雜菌大蝦球,瑤柱金菇扒豆苗,頭水紫菜海皇羮,生炒臘味糯米飯,最後仲有個甜品,非常豐富,通常大閘蟹餐只有一只,這個餐有兩只,每位都只係$188 好抵。
大閘蟹雖然不是好大只,不過都好多膏。
叉燒皇好多汁,脆腩仔肥瘦適中。
紫菜海皇羮,好多蝦,勁足料。
瑤柱金菇扒豆苗,豆苗夠晒嫩。
另一個菜有翠玉雜菌大蝦球,蝦球好彈牙,翠玉瓜好脆。
生炒臘味糯米飯,超好食,濕濕地不會太乾。
分量夠晒足,最後上糖水,很滿足的一餐。
今次我們點了3個孖寶餐,分別有: 清蒸沙巴龍躉仔,脆皮燒雞, 果皮蒸大連鮑魚,燒鵝皇,蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝,燒味拼盤。另外點了兩個小菜: 椒絲腐乳通菜,及紅燒豆腐。
果皮蒸大連鮑魚,識我既人都知我超喜歡吃鮑魚,特別是鮮鮑是我最愛,鮑魚有6只每只都大大只,用果皮蒸很香。
燒鵝皇有整只燒鵝髀,味道一流,今餐其中一道最喜歡的菜色。
清蒸沙巴龍躉仔,條魚蒸得剛剛好,大大條好抵食。
蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝,也很不錯,不過就得4只,好像鮑魚有6只抵一點。
椒絲腐乳通菜跟紅燒豆腐,很有鑊氣,通菜入晒味,豆腐有口感夠香口,超好吃。
整體這間餐廳很不錯,每樣都很有水準,今晚燒鵝皇和鮑魚我最滿意。
