星期日去容龍飲茶, 4位大人+ 兩位2歲小朋友. 入座時, 侍應帶咗我哋去一張4人枱, 基於有兩部BB車, 跟本就無法迫在一張4人枱, 所以我就要求換張大枱.  隨即, 侍應就安排咗一張12人枱給我.   當時肯定帶位的侍應知道我們只有六人(包括小朋友)結帳時, 因我趕時間離開, 所以就自行去收銀處埋單, 當時我沒有查看單據, 信用卡付款之後, 要求打印單據保留之用.去完洗手間之後, 看一看張單竟然收咗12位茶錢.  同我哋嘅人數有極大出入;我對收銀員查過究竟, 收銀員解說就話侍應開位時入錯機, 我當時沒有疑惑,後來回家之後想想,平時茶位數量通常由侍應填寫,並沒有入機之說。我懷疑,他們經常藉着客戶沒有複查收據,隨意將金額加大。當客人發現時,藉口說出錯。作為一間米芝蓮推介的餐廳, 竟然可以任意收取客人茶錢, 十分令人失望.  我非常懷疑他們經常作這樣的行為。這次經歷, 提醒大家日後結帳時, 一定要睇清楚張單, 以免又被收錯錢。因為發生這件事件我在OpenRice搜查一下,發現加工海鮮的餐廳,會將海鮮的重量加大,從而增加油水錢。

話說上次朋友介紹來食海鮮,不停介紹呢度啲點心都唔錯,難得今日即興來食,仲可以有免費泊車,當然一定要試吓啦!一坐低服務員態度非常友善並且會問你要唔要留椰皇?既然咁搶手,梗係要試吓啦。因為我冇食早餐嘅關係, 第一碟嚟到嘅叉燒腸粉,皮薄,好大粒嘅叉燒,擠滿在腸粉皮內,朋友因為食咗早餐唔算肚餓,所以我一個人食咗五件確實好好味!跟住嚟到嘅就係黑椒牛肚,賣相不錯,但份量少咗一啲,只得四片。跟住嚟咗半隻吊燒雞,完全好入味,唔需要點旁邊嘅豉油!平時唔食雞皮嘅我,都都忍唔住食咗兩塊確實好脆!原來佢哋係用新鮮雞來整的,難怪特別好味!跟住蝦餃,好大粒,蝦也好新鮮!到最後當然要食椰皇燉蛋白,佢嘅椰肉,竟然好輕易就吃到,平時要好用力才鏟到出嚟食,蛋白夠嫩滑,食咗我都覺得好似皮膚即刻白滑咗咁!

我諗以前有食過嘅人都知,呢個係容龍其中一個招牌菜,但今次個芝士皮焗到超硬,食落去第一下係直頭會刮損上顎
完全唔明白點解會退步咗咁多

坐低嗰陣時已經問要唔要預留甜品,因為呢個真係成日都會賣晒,呢個就真係要讚,保持一貫嘅水準,蛋白十分之嫩滑

有少少偏鹹

食到呢個都唔期望有啲咩咁特別,所以呢個就不作評論



總括上菜黎講都算好快,但以容龍既名氣同埋歷史,一間傳統海鮮酒家黎講,依家嘅水準真係唔合格,我諗我短時間內都唔會再去光顧,因為而家令人回味嘅就只有甜品同埋個煎米粉底,希望容龍之後有機會重拾昔日嘅光輝,變回一更令人想再返轉頭既海鮮酒家

8.蟹肉扒西蘭花:正常味道,都算多蟹肉

去廁所先發現,呢間係2011年連續10年到2022年,都有米芝蓮推介。但我非常之質疑個,可能水準定得好低🤣 不過,大讚洗手間好乾淨,停車場有一個位置有人力車同埋勞斯萊斯靚車,可以打卡。

整體每個小位都做得唔夠好,野食未算好出色

今晚約了叔仔一家專訪容龍酒家晚膳,一如以往先前往三聖村海鮮街撰擇心儀海鮮,再去酒家加工。結果選料如下:香濃芝士焗龍蝦(開邊)~香脆可口,厚肉彈牙!椒鹽瀨尿蝦~炸得香口,非常惹味;星斑二味~ 原條星斑起肉分兩味,分割了班球和腩骨做成兩道菜,一)肉連皮炒球~鮮甜嫩滑,啖啖肉👍二)蒸腩骨~熱氣騰騰,有肉有骨,味道鮮甜又有咬感;白灼花螺~清爽但比較細隻;白灼墨魚~爽口嫩滑有嚼感;果皮蒸鮑魚~彈牙爽口有嚼勁;砵酒焗加拿大蠔~很出名的一道菜,仍保留著其水準👍最後來了原個椰皇燉蛋白,滋潤養顏,蛋白嫩亦不及椰皇肉香!熱辣辣更顯其清甜,吃完成身暖笠笠,太好啦!

容龍係一向出名既中菜海鮮飯店,十年連續取得米芝蓮既名譽,果然名不虛傳。三人行,叫了一些點心、著名的芝士龍蝦、砵酒焗蠔、容龍焗牛柳、焗豬扒飯。除了焗豬扒飯較為失色、其他都好有水準,豬扒太淋冇咬口,汁亦十分普通。但最出名的芝士龍蝦沒有令人失望,芝士味好濃郁,蝦肉好彈牙,但有點"漏"。砵酒焗蠔,酒味都濃,D蠔勁大隻,冇縮水。容龍焗牛柳蒜味較重,食落好淋,不會痴牙,以米芝蓮黎講,$600一位亦不算太貴,可以接受的價錢,但性價比一般。

因為搬咗入屯門住……所以去三聖食海鮮, 十分方便!容龍也漸漸成為了飯堂……這個晚上,我們有一次自帶海鮮去容龍加工!去得多,侍應都已經比較相熟!開瓶費有減免……張單仲有九五折……紅豆沙又有得送,所以整體來說,好似返咗屋企食飯咁……服務非常好!所以,去中式酒樓,就唔好成日轉來轉去,食熟一間……點都會好啲!講返啲食物……一貫水準,最欣賞佢條魚……整得剛剛好!去咗咁多次,第一次點小燒鵝,非常可口,皮夠薄,油脂豐富!最後一道蟹肉排骨糯米飯,雖然有少少鹹,但係啱我胃口!佢中午嘅蒸排骨飯,都做得很好,大家有時間可以中午去試吓!另外還吃了……焗蠔、炸鮑魚、蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,當然有唔少得脆皮芝士炸龍蝦!樣樣嘢都正常好味道……買海鮮$1000 ,容龍收$2000 ,不過,我在容龍點了……半隻燒鵝、一個$500嘅蟹飯及一個炒菜,所以,差不多是來料跟加工一比一,算是合理價錢!
