I recently discovered this amazing cocktail bar in town, and it has quickly become my favourite spot to unwind. Despite not being a regular at bars, the exceptional quality of the cocktails at this particular establishment has won me over. I can confidently rate the cocktails a perfect 10 out of 10🫶🫶. The vibe and drinks were absolutely good to chill and have a good time with friends but the attitude was definitely unacceptable and it was the worst that I’ve ever experienced. I totally understand how understaffing can make people lose their mind but it was actually not busy as a Saturday night. I don’t see any professionalism when the staff asked me as a customer for moving the stool or whatever the request was. If you don’t know how to serve people properly please quit your job for the best

如果大家又去開中環飲嘢，又鍾意Cocktail Bar嘅話，應該都會聽過大館裏面嘅一間酒吧「Dragonfly」，佢哋嘅天花板有好多盞好靚嘅吊燈做到好似有蜻蜓眼睛嘅效果，打卡一流我哋叫咗兩杯嘢飲，第一杯係「the Milky Way」，佢個造型好得意，係照住珍珠奶茶嘅樣來做嘅，入口係芒果同埋熱情果嘅味道，配上少少Gin & Rum, 後勁係有少少淡淡嘅茉莉花茶味，加上爆珠，有少少將童年嘅珍珠奶茶回憶變成大人成熟版，好啱打卡第二款嘢飲，我哋叫做Peter pan ，佢都係一款比較清新嘅嘢飲，用咗蘋果同杏桃同檸檬，所以好啱夏天飲，而去上面嘅普普係用咗杏仁打成，所以有浸好獨特嘅香氣

The decoration there is awesome, with loads of little blue/green lightbulbs dropping from the calling and I am like situated in a fairyland with tons of glowworms being next to you. The bar was only good for social media photoshoot. The drink and interior design were pretty but by the lack of customization options and the bartenders' unwillingness to accommodate simple requests. When I asked for a cocktail with less ice, the bartender seemed uninterested and asked me "HOW". 中環有唔同嘅特色酒吧其實唔去蘭桂坊都有好多選擇呢間位於大館嘅酒吧個裝修好特別藍藍綠綠有啲似蜻蜓對眼同時又有啲似螢火蟲雖然有好多水晶燈同琉璃擺設但裏面嘅燈光依然暗到睇得唔清楚枱型係高櫈嘅圓形吧枱形式為主呢種枱係方便但又唔會坐得耐講返啲主題cocktails 價錢加埋一大概係$150左右每杯嘅名好得意仲連埋句quote 圖中嘅狸貓杯叫hi lazies “The youngest day of our lives is now”基底酒係whisky不過完全唔難入口有杯cocktail 叫做Peter Pan“Peter, take me to Neverland”不過因為我唔鍾意vodka所以冇揀到睇menu 已經可以睇好耐呢個設計個人覺得幾有趣😌當日去未開出面嘅位置見到有梳化位同埋live band不過夏天應該冇乜人會想坐出面睇吓之後秋冬天再去會唔會有😆
