这次出行早早到了机场 想找点吃的没想到吃到连续七年获评米一的都爹利会馆机场店更偏向于点心茶楼风格干炒牛河超级大片的嫩牛肉 炒到滑嫩入味锅气十足河粉劲道干爽 根根分明豆芽刚刚断生 油润脆生嫩看得出主厨功底深厚烧味双拼(叉烧+烧腩)叉烧是都爹利会馆入选米其林推荐的一道菜所以很推荐爱吃叉烧的朋友试试这道是用本地梅头猪肉炮制肉质软嫩,表皮焦香,肥瘦比例非常优秀还点了脆竹鲜虾肠粉和蟹籽鸡肉烧卖食材很棒,用料非常舍得真的一点都不像是机场快餐区有的水平不愧是米其林一星旗下餐厅的分店!各个时间段出发都可以有不同的选择除了餐点也有手信可以带以后在机场吃饭就认准这一家了!

5月頭嘅星期日,搭早機去英國探阿妹一家,我哋今次選擇咗入禁區美食廣場搵食,見呢間有點心叫,又比較少人唔駛排長龍,咁就食呢間,之前都有幫襯過,上次散叫點心比較貴,今次我哋3人,每人叫咗個套餐,有主食包括湯麵同一款點心,點心只係可選擇燒賣,粉果,其他唔記得了,餐比散叫平,仲有杯熱飲。佢哋個燒賣係好食嘅。

去旅行打算係上機前食啲野先,係禁區入面行左一圈,最後都係揀左食港式,本來唔抱有任何期待,但依間嘅野食整體都算係唔錯!乾炒牛河 - 幾香!屬於有「鑊氣」個種,牛肉嘅口感都幾嫩,另外配埋辣椒醬一齊食真係幾正!揚州炒飯 - 唔錯!啲飯粒粒分明,好乾身,味道同口感都係應該有嘅水平鳳爪排骨蒸飯 - 唯一冇咁滿意嘅一味,鳳爪排骨就普通水準,啲飯唔夠香,口感比較濕乾燒伊麵 - 最滿意同推薦嘅一味!味道好好,麵嘅口感亦都啱啱好!

今日去旅行,發現機場多左好多有名的餐廳。而這一家都爹利會館的中環店曾獲二星。行過好幾間機場的餐廳,價位差唔多,就試吓這家。欖菜肉碎炒飯$88這炒飯份量十足,炒飯炒得粒粒分明有鑊氣,味道有欖菜的鹹香,少少肉碎和旦𢇃,唔會吃到一口油。姬松茸燉螺頭$68這燉湯湯汁清澈,-點也不油膩,有淡淡的姬松茸香,又有少少螺頭的鮮甜味,味道幾ok.蝦餃王$58蝦餃一客三粒,蝦肉爽彈鮮美,蝦餃皮亦不太厚,唔錯的。熱奶茶$26奶茶是港式奶茶,茶味濃郁,唔澀口,口感順滑,ok啦。
