又咁快就嚟到中秋節每一年中秋我都會買月餅同屋企人分享一齊食剛好上星期係THE ONE東海飲完茶順便買埋盒月餅番去食以往都買過東海既月餅食都覺得水準唔錯今年佢地同本地漫畫Dustykid合作剛好正合我家姐心意因為佢好鍾意依款公仔所以我買左佢盒七塵伴月禮盒入面有四款口味, 包括有格雷伯爵茶、朱古力奶皇、奶皇及低糖蛋黃白蓮蓉每一個上面都印有“想你”既字句真係每逢佳節倍思親賣相靚之餘, 味道又唔算甜岩晒又想食又怕肥既我佢朱古力奶皇味道口感就好似BROWNIE咁放入微波爐輕輕加熱後仲好味佢既低糖蛋黃白蓮蓉個皮焗到好香而且一個人食完一個都唔覺膩因為個月餅實在太吸引, 所以果日番到去未到中秋已經拆開左成盒黎食

Custard mooncakes rarely fail to please and these were delicious.It had a delicious custard flavour to it and the pastry was soft and buttery.They tasted good cold or heated but personally I prefer them warmed up because the custard becomes fragrant and the texture is not so sugary.As well as custard, they also have assorted flavours which are probably good as well.

至於這個九層咖啡凍糕HK$35, 未上來之前已經在網上看到十分想吃、故此一攞上點心紙第一時間便剔上這個冷品甜點, 早早預製好放在碟上、故此拿在手中碟子也是冰冷的, 九層糕其實是一個功夫作、 要蒸完一層再蒸一層搭上去 ,所以如果在屋企做會比較費時、所以雖然看似味道簡單, 但絕對是一個可取之作、 而且手中這份咖啡凍糕 未到甜到亦做得相當恰好~

East Ocean has come up with some impressive creations for Chinese festivals.For New years they did some nice vegetarian Chinese New Year puddings while the sweet one was also delicious.They have also whipped up a vegetarian Quinoa zongzi.It was not that firm but I really liked it because it was tasty and healthy.The other zongzi had an interesting pairing because there were green beans and dried scallops.

一年一度嘅端午節又到喇,唔同嘅餐廳又掀起一場糭嘅鬥爭,而今年我決定試吓東海嘅糭~今年佢哋推出左四款糭,我就試咗其中兩款,拎糭嘅時候,就無啲保溫袋,只係得紙袋,而啲糭係有冷藏過,所以有驚啲水氣會整爛個紙袋,好彩平安番到屋企係個種上面有一張三角形嘅卡仔,上面除咗寫住成份之外,仲有食用方法,嗰度寫住水滾之後,要蒸大概25至30分鐘,但係我屋企有蒸爐,所以我正左20分鐘到姐第一個糭係自家製XO醬火腩糭,蒸完之後可以聞到陣陣嘅糭葉香,慢慢打開個結同葉,就會見到中間嘅糯米糭,一切開就可以發現大半隻金黃色嘅鹹蛋黃、冬菇粒、火藍玉、蓮子、蝦米等,另外加入左瑤柱XO醬,所以可以見到一條條嘅乾瑤柱絲,火腩肉係連埋皮嘅,連帶住微微嘅肥膏,唔會太肥又唔會太瘦,而且因為有XO醬,所以味道帶點辣,刺激胃口之餘,仲令人食到停唔到口另外一款就係藜麥姬松茸糭,呢個一定係素食者之選,因為入邊係無肉嘅,只係有藜麥、冬菇粒、蓮子、姬松茸、綠豆、茶樹菇等食材,每樣食材都非常健康,表面係藜麥配糯米,煙韌仲帶點口感,不過就無咩特別味道,中間嘅冬菇粒、姬松茸同茶樹菇,一啲都唔乾,質感微微爽口,味道雖然無前者濃烈,較為清淡,但係就唔油

另外一款就係藜麥姬松茸糭,呢個一定係素食者之選,因為入邊係無肉嘅,只係有藜麥、冬菇粒、蓮子、姬松茸、綠豆、茶樹菇等食材,每樣食材都非常健康,表面係藜麥配糯米,煙韌仲帶點口感,不過就無咩特別味道,中間嘅冬菇粒、姬松茸同茶樹菇,一啲都唔乾,質感微微爽口,味道雖然無前者濃烈,較為清淡,但係就唔油膩同好高纖,怕油膩或者怕肥嘅女士們就啱曬喇~
