黎過呢樹据扒幾次啦,搬屋之後第一次專登搭車黎食。主菜係羊架,呢樹既羊架唔會蘇,好味兼有3件,呢個價錢感覺一向令人驚喜。朋友點了的牛柳比想像中好味。一向鐘意食5成熟既扒,好滑好嫩 我怕飽所以只點左薯蓉,偷食左朋友拌菜既意粉試落都唔錯。餐飲要推介呢樹跟餐既凍咖啡,啡味夠濃夠香。之前呢樹既晚餐甜品會送碎朱古力雪糕,今晚再黎可惜已經變左迷你雪米滋。飽足既一餐。

1小薄片鵝肝喺頂部,要小心翼翼夾落嚟,但食唔到有乜味,都係太细片囉!
牛柳話要七成熟,但食到中間太生啦,我諗得五成咋,但味道都唔錯。

~塊龍利柳唔係好大嚿,但都好味,個碟都係有一大球薯蓉+雜菜, 就算食主菜唔飽,薯蓉都撑飽你啦!
整體嚟講, 食物唔算太好味,而且餐廳裝修都頗舊, 不過,喺九龍城區而又係大除夕晚食到呢個價錢,都算唔錯啦!

**最值得要讃嘅,係呢度嘅幾位女侍應,個個都好好禮貌同態度。

為了慶祝這個學期最後一份功課完成了,我們到九龍城逛逛兼吃晚飯。事前沒有時間搜集資料,於是決定隨意找間餐廳試試,最終光顧了東星餐廳。黑板上寫有A至F款食物,而餐牌內亦有其他選擇,想不到連星州炒米也有,種類真廣。我們點了A和D餐,包括~意大利菜湯:內有少量蔬菜,味道尚可,但不夠熱。粟米忌廉湯:不夠濃,有點稀。餐包:普通質素,未算難吃。拿破崙蜆肉意粉($68):蜆肉十分多,感覺亦算新鮮;意粉份量足夠,加上蕃茄醬,味道不錯。德國燒豬手($108):份量十足,賣相吸引,豬手皮脆肉嫩,好!而除了香滑的薯蓉外,更可配意粉,保證吃得飽。意粉看似白烚,但加上那些蒜蓉汁,味道尚可。焗田螺($39):點菜時侍應介紹田螺半打只賣$39,價錢相宜,便試一試啦!田螺有水準,加上蒜泥、薯蓉,值回票價。甜品:本來以為甜品會是蛋糕,沒想到只是一粒雪米糍,令我有點失望。飲品:點了凍檸茶、凍咖啡,味道尚可,要讚的是那個杯子也是凍的,涼透心。總結而言,食物質素令我滿意,但整頓晚飯我們都被數隻烏蠅仔打擾,吃得有點狼狽,鄰桌食客更有烏蠅仔飛進湯內,要馬上更換,衛生方面實在要大大改善呀!

the meat is too raw at all though sunflowerting can accept medium raw
sauce is a little bit strange: thick texture with worcestershire sauce shadow!
combination of the side-dish: performance is yellow (smash potato with butter) & green (Broccoli & green sprout), if there is mini-tomato with it, it should be a much more better look!

Other Info. : ~ construction-site opposite to that restuarant, flies cannot avoided at the moment ; ~ everyone can see this restaurant start those comment since summer 2012, but the suspicious fact is : extreme comment from both like & dislike, then the like x 3 comment all written by green-bloggers ! ~ Ribeye (肉眼) —— It is one of the more flavorful cuts of beef, due to the fact it comes from the upper rib cage area, which does not support much of the cow's weight, nor does it have to work hard or exercise. 為何照一月份的餐牌跟今天的一樣?跟餐的蒜蓉飽硬到咬不斷,根本未焗好。焗意粉無味又不夠汁,食唔落啦! 店員又不細心,叧叫了西冷和羊扒又無比刀,只說*係喎*,失望!店員衞生意識差,在〜〜地上〜〜 拾起外賣膠袋放在我桌上飲品旁,嚇死我咩!下次不會再去。混水摸魚,影響九龍城美食的美譽。九龍城有很多西餐廳的,唔該比D誠意吧!

前兩晚同太太本來想去食越南嘢, 點知因為無位的問題, 去咗隔離間新開餐廳.入到去後, 見到佢菜牌的價錢, 都係一般唔算係平, 大約都係$48-88 左右 一個人.當晚想食牛, 見佢餐牌上寫住晚餐有肉眼扒, 咪叫黎試下囉.餐湯呢d 就例牌嘢啦, 佢個沙律就唔錯, 比起出面好食, 份量一般啦, 唔太少唔太多.到咗個主菜, 我係聞到牛扒的烤過既香味, 如果以燒烤的方法去做, 呢間嘢真係唔錯. 我之前叫佢做5成熟, 好多餐廳都將塊牛扒攞咗去炸, 就算好d既都只係攞去煎. 不過呢一間我食得出佢係用老餐廳的西式煮法去做塊牛扒. 牛扒配上蜜糖介苿汁, 真係10個好味呀.之後我另一晚再去 encore 多次.今次我係試食拿破崙豬柳配燒烤汁 其最特別的地方係, 豬柳同豬柳之間插入了火腿同芝士, 口感特別之餘味道都十分之好.所以呢間新開餐廳十分之值得推介 ^_^
