大家喜唔喜歡吃爆谷呀！車媽媽自小便十分喜歡退美食，我覺得爆谷係睇戲必備的食物，除咗煨魷魚外這便是我的最愛，得知Elephant Grounds由3月17號起至26號推出了期間限定的雪糕三文治🍩，便約埋好友一齊去嘆吓新嘢啦！ 上次到過星街分店後給我印象十分休閒舒適，而銅鑼灣百德新街的分店即則 時尚及開揚，皆因此店設有戶外位置，這天看到很多狗主帶埋心愛嘅寶貝嚟嘆咖啡，還給我撞見這隻可愛友善的松鼠狗🐶。 跟松鼠狗玩完一輪之後就入去買嘢食啦。 特意為了要來吃的Elephant GroundsX Garrett的雪糕三文治🍧🍿$68。 這便是期間限定的雪糕三文治，由兩塊不同口味的朱古力曲奇夾著Burnt Caramel雪糕，再加上焦糖爆谷賣相十分可愛呢！ 雪糕三文治的曲奇咬下去質感恰好不會過軟或太硬，另外焦糖雪糕則香滑又味美，而且還 奶香十足呢，配合香脆可口的焦糖爆谷，真係吃得人很滿足啦~ 而飲品我則揀選了柚子青檸梳打🍹＄48，夠晒清新爽口，啱晒怕熱的我呀！飲完身心舒暢無比呢！ 貼一下偷拍甜魔媽媽的Matcha Latte☕，那清新美麗的拉花真的十分漂亮，弄至忍不住嚐了一口，幽山的綠茶香

Great brunch on a Saturday late morning. Have always heard of Elephant Grounds and its ice cream sandwich but never had the chance to really try it - it was time after collecting the runner's pack in Victoria Park. EG Burger was fair. The presentation was excellent. I believe the beef patty itself was of good quality as well but sadly it was a bit overdone. Perhaps next time we shall just ask it to be cooked medium rare (if they wouldn't mind us being a bit picky). The fries was too heavily seas

the menu had many choices, we finally picked the burger and sandwiches.Portions were generous . sandwiches with the chips made it even more filling. Bacon and egg with crunchy sandwiches.Burger with thick fish fillet, nothing disappointed.Coffee served well. Favor balanced.

Came here twice just for the AMAZING fish fillet sandwich with fries. The serving portion for that is huge and you really get your $105 worth haha. The bread is also pillowy, and coated nicely with butter and slightly toasted. The actual fish fillet was crispy on the outside, yet filled with fresh, tender and flaky goodness on the inside. The mayo used for the sandwich was also rather special, I think they added a little wasabi to it which adds a mild kick to the overall flavour of the sandwich

與友人下班後的小聚, 來到這間環境蠻休閒的餐廳。等了大概十分鐘被安排入座, 舉起手想拿兩杯水, 卻被告知是自助的...(小尷尬...)然後朋友出去拿水的時間又沒杯子..(換他們尷尬了...)三位都到齊後叫了以下東西:伴碟的炸芋片很不錯!!叫這個是因為友人想吃hash brown這個是和風沙律全部味道都很不錯啊!! 個人推薦和風沙律, 口感很好! 把蛋拌開吃很好!!!還每人叫了一杯咖啡, 這杯是mocha, 朱古力和咖啡的比例相比外面比較平均。

放假訓醒先去食個早餐，經開呢度知道開咗幾間餐廳！餐廳門口有室外座位，見啲客人嘅咖啡幾好！所以入內，呢間店以象命名，所以餐具同裝飾都有象！店內嘅傢私都係我喜歡嘅原木，加上現代油畫，光猛乾淨！店員比我坐中央長桌高櫈！對住櫃臺好開揚！店員仲幫我掛好個手袋！餐牌有啲手繪公仔，好可愛！Cappuccino($40)隻瓦杯好大隻，有半隻象圖案！咖啡心形拉花，奶泡好滑，咖啡唔落糖飲，夠熱咖啡味香，微甘易入口！有回甘嘅感覺！好味！Avocado toast($95)賣相靚，厚多士上搽上牛油果醬，第一感覺係兩隻蛋太生，蛋黃完全無煮過，蛋白仲係啫喱咁！灑上味粉，好驚！（我平時都唔係食全熟蛋）蛋之外係牛油果，第一件攞起食，牛油果同蛋係咁跌，蛋黃又生到有蛋腥味，第二件用刀切成細件，沾蛋液同夾牛油果食就好少少，整體食到食物原味！但敗在蛋實在太生！店員有禮斯文，做事勤快！環境幾舒服！西式早餐係食全生蛋？

Cured Salmon Chorizo Hash.house-cured salmon, torched chorizo, potato hash, rocket, onsen egg n dill yogurt😉 挺喜歡EG的house-cured salmon 很有鮮味之餘也有陣陣煙燻的香味 不過只得三小片 份量未免有點少! 第二次光顧，估唔到服務態度都係咁有問題，完全唔夾這種文青cafe的理念想舒舒服服食個brunch但就連想攞個menu，買個雪糕都....waitress態度都似鬧人咁濟其實食物水準尚算ok，朋友叫的french toast好食，avocado toast雖然牛油果分量很少，但也過得去。Pancake賣相不錯，但有點乾，又不夠fluffy。如果服務態度好點，我都會考慮再去。但由於waitress太惡，我寧願去第二度 ...

Peanut gallery 真係不可不吃！朱古力cookies夾住peanut butter ice-cream，面沈左好多碎花生，中間仲有士多啤梨jam，成個mixture都好夾。個packing都好方便食用！Raspberry tea要放一陣先飲，茶味會濃D。試下kale quinoa salad, 有好豐富的蔬菜組合，雖然材料basic，但係加個onsen egg又係幾唔同，同個lemon garlic dressing融合了！tortilla餅又薄又好味。都有飯食wor，仲幾好味tim。微炙燒過的三文魚飯配醬汁和蔬菜、溫泉蛋，既清新又健康！
