難得一遇, 唔比人影相既cafe

當日叫左杯honeycomb latte, 唔係好飲, 普普通通。但就想講下店員既服務態度。落單既時候已經黑口黑面。本來相安無事。我同個朋友影緊相既時候, 竟然被阻止, 更被問到相片用途。當日客人數量唔多, 我地只係係自己張枱影相, 完全唔明白點樣構成對其他客人既影響。我都去過好多間cafe影相, 從未遇過如此無禮對待。咁樣做生意, 難怪香港人都情願到深圳cafe影相。若果打算去依間cafe打卡, 可以慳返了。不過就算唔係為影相, 只係純粹為飲咖啡, 都無必要去間咁樣既cafe, 因為真係無乜特別

    Passed by many times, this minimal/industrial cafe has received so much hype so I decided to give it a go. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Sat outside to wait for my coffee, but the seats just weren’t ideal for relaxing. Not comfortable, just aesthetically pleasing. So I left after 5mins. 🚗🚗🚗Not sure if they switch their coffee beans throughout the year, but the one I had was high on coffee acidity (very sour😨) even with milk. Barista seemed to have gotten the latte milk ratio wrong as well🌚🌚🌚, maybe it’s too early in th

    Passed by many times, this minimal/industrial cafe has received so much hype so I decided to give it a go. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻



    Sat outside to wait for my coffee, but the seats just weren’t ideal for relaxing. Not comfortable, just aesthetically pleasing. So I left after 5mins. 🚗🚗🚗

    Not sure if they switch their coffee beans throughout the year, but the one I had was high on coffee acidity (very sour😨) even with milk. Barista seemed to have gotten the latte milk ratio wrong as well🌚🌚🌚, maybe it’s too early in the morning? Maybe she needs a coffee too.



    Everything was aesthetically pleasing, if you like your coffee on the sour side, this might be your place. Just not for me. 🙊🙊🙊

      我在西環找到悠閒的文青咖啡店，我在中上環找到悠閒的文青咖啡店，我在大坑找到悠閒的文青咖啡店。在我工作的灣仔呢? 銅鑼灣呢? 型格咖啡店一定有，但要文青一點，慢活悠閒一點，好似不太易找。在每一次出門午餐或工作前，我都會搜尋一下附近有沒有可以令人安靜心靈的 coffee shop。在飲食 apps 出現了希雲街這一個名字，辦好事，我就來到這一條有點舊香港氣色的 Haven Street，尋找一下銅鑼灣的咖啡地圖。希雲街這一條短短的街道上，已經有好幾間小型咖啡店，不過要以悠閒為主題，大都不合我的心意。當我行到街尾，我看見了一間似是服裝店，而在服裝店的最前端，有一個 coffee corner。極度可愛的 crossover，吸引到我來拜訪這一個我找了很久才找到店名的店，叫做《Elixir》。也叫做《still house HAVEN x elixir》。這場地，是一個活動及pop-up空間。我感覺是服裝店，可能是因為後半店的格局似是賣衣服的地方吧。 在外看店子，若不是細心留意，根本不會察覺到這兒是有咖啡及食物出售的。在門口行過，沒有留意店內的咖啡機，單從店外的這一方看，我仲以為是店舖放出來的

       在外看店子，若不是細心留意，根本不會察覺到這兒是有咖啡及食物出售的。在門口行過，沒有留意店內的咖啡機，單從店外的這一方看，我仲以為是店舖放出來的雜物。然而，細心看一下，是他們吸煙區的餐檯。

       店子，用上了近來極流行的工業風來做主體。地方很簡單，雖沒有所謂的舒適座椅，傢俱也似是自已用木材自製的，在這一個地方坐低，小休，感覺到一種莫名其妙的放輕鬆感覺。

       更令人覺得格格不入而又同餐廳主題好夾的，就是咖啡廳後似是賣服裝的地方。人流不多，店員也是輕輕鬆鬆地工作的。整個咖啡店給人的氣氛同感覺，就是輕鬆，慢活，而且有少少的潮。

       我就選擇了坐在這一個小茶几雅座。恨自己手上沒有書本。如果坐在這兒，邊看書，邊嘆咖啡，會有一種很特別的味道。

       這小店有小食提供的，悠閒地來一杯咖啡，來一件餅食，會給予食客一個愉快的心情。我叫了一件 Danish Pasty 加一杯 Flat White ，再加上幾分鐘的等待，咖啡同 pasty 就前後腳地來到了。

       近來比較喜歡 Flat White 多過 Latte。原因是 Flat White 感覺上冇咁 full。沒有太多的泡飲起來更濃奶香味。這兒的咖啡濃，入口香滑，很值得慢慢地用心去欣賞。

       此店的 Pasty 應該很受歡迎。因為我見店方每天都大量地製作他們的兩款 pasty。一款是 Danish Pasty，另一種是 Chocolate Pasty。我要了 Danish Pasty，店員也花了不少的時間去為我把這一個又甜又酥香的批。作為一個下午茶輕食，作為一個伴咖啡甜點，十分之好。

       很慢活，很悠閒，很開心的享受了一陣子的快樂時光。可是，當時的手機沒電了，又沒想起帶一本書來，手機的屏幕關了，也就是我要離開慢活咖啡店的時候了。這一間《Elixir》，的確可以為在銅鑼灣 shopping 完，工作完的人，輕鬆地叉叉電。是一個悠閒的加油站。

        Causeway Bay has a lot of restaurants but what it does lack is a small independent coffee shop that serves a decent cup of coffee. I mean ... yeah, you can go Elephant Grounds but quite honestly, it's seriously so noisy you can't hear yourself think.Elixir is a new coffee shop located on Haven Street. A really wonderful street in Causeway Bay I love for it's quiet corner with so many wonderful places to eat.  The coffee shop isn't very big but it was rather busy on a weekday afternoon. I suspect

        Menu is in English only. They not only serve coffee but tea as well. They had a display of pastries but when I arrived, they had run out of this delicious lemon cake I had seen on their Facebook page, thus only opted for coffee.

        As it was a pretty hot day out, I decided to get an ice latte ($40). This barista really believed in a REALLY icy cold drink. Definitely the coldest ice latte I've ever had which was great for this hot summer day. The coffee was strong with a slight acidic taste. There was a minimal amount of milk so the coffee wasn't watered down by the taste of milk. A fairly decent cup of coffee.

        Staff was friendly and fairly laid back. Wifi works fantastic. And as it's quiet, a perfect spot to have a cup of coffee without all the noise. Will be back.
