To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐吃個快餐,選了大快活餐廳。咖喱薯仔牛腩飯,咖喱的濃郁,牛腩的偏靭,如燉煮時間足夠,肉質口感會更佳。薯仔綿密口感,但沒有咖喱味。咖喱汁撈飯還是不錯。京都豬扒飯,豬扒經過醃製和炸製,內裡鮮嫩多汁,搭配上特製的京都風味醬汁,風味濃郁,再配以香噴噴的米飯,讓人每一口都充滿了滿足感。粟米魚塊飯真是一道美味又營養豐富的佳餚。魚塊鮮嫩,經過煎炸或烤製後,內裡軟嫩。粟米的甜味與魚塊的鮮味相得益彰。是次外賣職員給了與訂單不同的菜式,如下次提醒自己購買要檢查清楚🥹

去開柴灣睇陳皮妹比賽🏟️,最後揀咗環翠大快活😌,$39平霸餐泰式燒雞上脾拼珍寶腸肉燥飯,齋食肉都抵,上脾都滑,仲有apps減$6,不過心情麻麻,食咩都冇味。

這一間大快活是新開的,今天工作後想吃一頓午餐,所以選擇大快活,說到大快活的午餐我最愛吃的是他的雞胸紅米飯,大大塊的雞胸充滿大大的蛋白質,絕對是健康之選,再配上紅米飯,絕對是有營之選!

有睇過連登論壇飲食區的手足們,一定對大快活這個鐵板套餐不陌生,因為連登會員們大力吹奏。正常的香港人應該都不會主動為了某樣菜式而去一間快餐店吧? 這次晚上剛好獨自經過柴灣,又沒有太多選擇,偶然經過一間翻新過的大快活,加上最近手緊,多個因素聯合下造就了這次機會。翻新過後的大快活,光線比以往充足,空間亦較寬敞,應該不會出現滿座或排隊的情況。這個套餐大約60元,包括:1. 牛扒+豬扒+腸仔+少量蔬菜最有水準的兩塊扒,淋上黑椒汁會加熱冒熱,非常好味2. 粟米肉粒飯(一定多過6粒) - 約一碗份量微溫的米飯,味道正常3. 黑椒汁 / 照燒汁4. 大可樂一杯冰塊略多,下次要叫少冰,但沒有溝水作為一間快餐店,能夠提供如斯高質划算的套餐,我會給5/5分的滿分。

自從環翠商場由領展接管之後,開咗好多不同嘅食肆,大快活就係其中一間啦。佢呢一間大快活裝修好有時代感,檯與檯之間距離都算闊落,我們每個星期天都會幫襯佢地嘅早餐,因為價錢實在經濟實惠,而且值得一讚嘅就係佢哋嘅服務,因為有攜帶小朋友嘅緣故,所以每次都有服務員哥哥或者姨姨幫忙送餐,而且佢哋都非常之有禮貌,每次請佢哋幫忙清潔枱面都好迅速,絕無黑面😃
