To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為左個不知所謂嘅職員，我要寫一篇文章出嚟。2023-6-1,早上8：17，我買咗一份早餐，有通粉。一個唔知（男/女）職員，戴眼鏡，肥身材，高大，及頸嘅金卷髮，負責出餐嘅，佢將啲湯倒到好滿，我攞嘅時候就瀉左啲湯出來，整濕左唯一一張紙巾，咁我就去攞多幾張紙巾，點知個職員揸實兩張紙巾，我輕輕係佢手上去取嘅時候就攞唔到，佢竟然大大聲咁講：攞啦！攞好啦！呢一刻我知道，原來我俾個職員玩緊。大快活紅磡家維邨分店，請你好好調教一下你的職員。

其實每一日我都會嚟大快活食早餐，每日都食同一個套餐s5，飲同一樣嘅嘢。我覺得佢哋嘅品質真係做到十年如一日，水準冇變，價錢冇變。曾經喺度見證住佢哋嘅職員俾人打俾人鬧， 唔好以為佢哋嘅職員就會咁算數， 你哋會還拖㗎仲識報警好犀利。見證住佢哋嘅職員係上下團結一心。 早餐其實都幾好食特別係個香辣上海麵，個份量唔係太多亦都唔係太少啱啱好。喺農曆新年前佢哋嘅香辣然後會加香蔥但係農曆新年後返嚟再食已經冇香蔥 。令到成個辣肉麵都唔香。希望可以加返啲蔥。 佢哋嘅齋啡係幾好飲但我自己就加咗個肉桂粉落去，變得更香。

下晝lunch hour去左大快活試糯米飯同蔥油雞，個飯聞落好香但食落就覺得一般，冇咩特別，份量方面就贏晒，飽到飛起！蔥油雞就超正，雖然份量唔多但好香口，而且連放底的菜心都好嫩口好好食！
