To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日早收工，樓下大快活食個快飯，當然啲時間早，未賣晒，仲好多選擇，突然間想食鐵板餐，咁咪叫個海浪空囉，又有酥皮湯幾吸引，加杯熱奶茶$70左右埋單，鐵板係正方形，上邊嗰舊原來係魚嚟㗎，炸到硬晒唔好食，下面藏着兩塊，小雞扒&小豬扒，雞扒係平時餐廳食到嘅三份一左右，豬扒好薄，條腸最有誠意，係芝士腸，同埋個酥皮湯點解係用紙杯嘅？我堂食喎大佬，嗰塊酥皮完全甩唔到出嚟，黐住隻環保紙杯度，裏便係蘑菇湯，搞到唔夠熱唔好飲，知道大快活係咁上下㗎啦，但係可以做好啲嘅，不過就算乜嘢評價都好，大xx集團呢啲都係好民生好多人食既，不過海陸空下次就唔好搞！

熱狗：用心烤過的麵包皮很香脆，迷你熱狗腸配上甜甜的沙律source特別滋味！！鹹與甜交集使得味道更有層次！！雞髀：蜜糖味偏淡不夠入味，燒的世界太久令到雞肉缺乏肉汁且乾身，比起公園晨運的牙婆還要老。總結：不過不失

吉列豬扒薯餅 肉燥上海麵好少買炸物,平價連鎖店怕炸到黑黑地😣,咁岩今個星期做緊特價30蚊就試一試佢, 點知第一次已經俾到驚喜我,一打開見到薯餅炸得好金黃!食落好香脆,薯餅仲見到粒粒薯仔 另外件個吉列豬扒食落帶有少少甜味同樣香脆🤤 雖然係比較薄切咁嘅價錢30蚊真係超值啦，其他既上海麵同熱奶茶都係一貫水準,不錯不錯 😋 呢間分店真係要讚一讚 希望保持到水準👍

簡簡單單到這裡食個晚餐。柱侯牛腩煲，牛腩和牛根各有幾件，仲有d枝竹，炆得又幾淋，個汁送飯都吾錯。面醬豆豆炒雞柳，雞肉不多，豆豆炒得仍爽口。加配了提子梳打和茘枝椰果梳打各一，咁又一餐啦！
