To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天寒地凍,加上HAPPY FRIDAY,前來打火鍋的人特別多,全場超過一半的客人都點了火鍋!位處彩德邨的大快活,多為街坊客,平日頗易有位,只有下午茶時間較為繁忙,這晚可能天氣關係,幾近全場滿座,可算是難得一見境況。這晚點了花膠鷄湯湯底,配鴛鴦肉片,4安豚肉、4安肥牛送凍綠茶一杯。湯底真的有花膠,讚!湯底味道少咸,但可接受。食材方面:菜有三款之多,唐生菜的葉有少少爛,油麥菜、長椰菜都不錯。主打肉:肥牛略肥、豚肉切得太薄、有少少碎件,整體尚可。其怹:芝士腸幾咸、水餃很淡、沒有肉/菜味。以平價火鍋來說,OK啦!

呢排病左 要繼續食清淡d 尋日全日食粥 口已寡 今日轉食麵!諗黎諗去公司附近有得買麵既地方係大快活 所以就馬上出發了!最後買左個水餃叉燒燒鵝瀨粉瀨粉最吸湯 所以見到湯同粉分開上覺得幾細心 就咁睇落唔錯 但味道要食左先知!個湯底都幾肥 d粉浸耐左變黃黃地色 證明其實都幾油個人覺得最好食係水餃!食得出係灣仔碼頭出品 夠曬味 另外既主角燒鵝無乜肥膏 偏瘦 所以咬落會靭 對cool緊牙既朋友黎講係個挑戰 所以其實我係有一兩舊肉咬唔爛要吐出黎 浪費左!另外叉燒都偏瘦 但無燒鵝咁靭

40文!!系40文! 你冇睇錯系40文,40文食個甘既飯,‘乾爭爭’不特止,仲要冇味,蝦都系得幾隻,仲要系細只到冇人有睇個餐牌真系幾吸引,d蛋又滑甘,當堂胃口大開架,點知個飯送到黎系甘既!40文仲要冇野飲刻薄到甘,越做越差!
!食過甘多次,最差系呢次! 最後食左兩啖就冇食!真系浪費
