To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日落極大雨,廢事四圍去,快快手入左大快活度食個下午茶填肚其實快餐店不外乎快靚正既野由其事連鎖店,真係差極有限.....有時仲會有驚喜!下午餐款式都多,當中有一款 "即煎西多士" 非常吸睛熱辣辣係西多,溶晒既牛油,再加甜甜既糖漿~~~真係諗下都流口水西多士一般都要等~ 即煎?心諗最少都要3、5分鐘!比左錢,坐低,銀包都未放好個西多就到左....習慣即時將個牛油放上去等溶唔....同我估計一樣,直至食完個麵,牛油都無溶過...說好的即煎呢?「幾時即煎?」唔好意思,如果你只係寫西多士我無得要求,但寫明即煎,出黎凍到牛油都唔溶真係接受唔到!! 除左個令人跌入谷底既「即煎」西多仲有個「生」麵生!硬!大佬呀....知你唔會煮...知係用滾水浸.....但都未至於硬ar ma......成餐飯都要用「哽」去形容如果只要飽,佢係合格既....

下午茶時間,跟朋友兩人在大快活點了兩個雞髀茶餐 – 迷你熱狗/蜜味燒雞髀配粒粒紅豆冰HK$39,豉油皇雞髀配粒粒紅豆冰HHK$32。都是一般連銷快餐店質素,落單和上餐速度頗快,食品賣相和質量一般,價錢相比起大家樂,有點偏貴,客人不多,所以空間感較大,坐得很自在。

呢間大快活可以話官塘街坊嘅餐廳每次泥食都會見到一班固定粉絲!呢到地方較為闊落!所以坐得比較舒服!同朋友剛剛七點幾入去,無咩人!大把枱揀。不過食食下...就開始多人!可能都係區內街坊飯堂。兩份早餐都係雞扒炒蛋...雞扒就還可以!冇雪味但比較細塊!加埋燒汁味道可以~蛋炒得算滑,但較重牛油味!個人不太喜愛...還是蛋的香甜原味好吃~多士烘的不錯,獨立包裝但牛油略硬!這些連鎖快餐店服務一般般....其實大家都知道快餐店但求平、快、飽...快快做完你生意!就接下一單啦,務求薄利多銷嘛...
