To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家活的一哥焗豬扒飯,上海排骨菜飯、焗肉醬意粉都好食,意粉的軟硬度,都有所進步,至於早前大家快活的所謂gimmick嘢,韓式鉄板牛柳粒飯等等,就真係唔多掂擋,須然價錢係幾十蚊,無得想點,但始終都有個選擇權。有次去買下午茶,下午茶係抵食的,希望一直有下午茶啦! 但份量有時多有時少,我估佢唔到呀! 希望佢做多D 優惠啦!!! 送多D 湯同野飲啦,平民飯堂啊MA....

炸魚椰斑斕飯是一道結合魚肉、椰漿和米飯的菜餚。首先,這道炸魚椰斑斕飯讓我印象深刻的是斑斕飯的濃郁椰汁味。魚肉被炸得外酥內嫩,肉質鮮美,而且不膩口。椰漿的香氣和味道讓整道菜更加豐富,吃起來非常開胃,每一粒米飯都散發著椰香。最後,這道菜的視覺效果也很出色。炸魚擺在米飯上,色彩鮮豔,綠色的飯讓人食指大動。花生和炸魚不夠脆,有點奇怪,如果可以更脆一點會更好。只有12-2 點這段時間送椰汁斑斕糕,晚上時段要加$2 才有得吃。

lunch成日出街食飯諗食咩真係好頭痛😔價錢唔想太貴又唔想咁多人(苦惱中)。咁啱路過見到大快活冇咩人排隊食飯,二話不說唔想諗就行入去睇睇。蜜味燒雞髀意粉$36雞髀份量唔算太細中size,雞皮脆肉嫩有肉汁好香口。值得一讚👍意粉口感唔會煮得太淋啱啱好個蜜汁都好味少少鹹甜甜地👍

還記得90年代嘅時候, 大快活有個電視廣告,個slogan係,「大快活精神,挑戰無限分」。 當時我比較年輕,唔知道無限分,究竟係乜嘢。 呢個迷,至今我都未曾可以解開。不過我知道,大快活幾許風雨之下,成績有目共睹,嘢食水準係有增加嘅。 呢個咖哩牛腩飯就認證咗。咖哩牛腩飯,咖哩煮得好傑好入味,我唔知道呢個係印度,巴基斯坦,印尼,定係南洋種類嘅咖哩,但我就覺得咖哩味道好香好惹味,薯仔又夠入味,牛腩煮得又夠淋又夠入味,味道唔係好辣,一般人都應該可以接受到。呢個咖哩飯好掂,真係平靚正。

難得今日收早,晏都未食即刻去食個下午茶醫肚!如果想要選比較少人的,宇晴軒這間大快活人流較少,可以坐得舒服一點, 不用食完就即刻,怕阻外其他排隊人士用餐,可以坐多一會。選了一個雞翼茶餐,有午餐肉、蛋泡面,燒雞全翼及低糖綠茶。太陽蛋做得出色,吃的時候仍然流心,蛋黃仍未凝固!午餐肉覺乾,比較硬。泡面是即叫即泡的,所以不會過腍。雞全翼有濃濃的牛油香草味,燒得不會過火,亦十分入味,好吃。低糖綠茶味道較苦澀,綠茶味淡了一點!
