To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 興東商場餐廳唔多，平民快餐店大快活係不二之選。作為街坊，我一個禮拜最少幫襯兩三次，今晚見悶悶地就選擇打邊爐，份量方面，一個女仔係夠飽既，但如果男士們要食就恐怕要加配料先夠飽了！

8號颱風下，很難得一家人早下班，就簡單的去買外賣回家吃。我的是肉醬意大利麵，很久沒吃，還是一樣的好吃，意大利麵煮的剛好，不會太軟，肉醬份量適中，整體份量多，吃完很飽。家人的是咖哩牛腩飯，脆爆豚肉+紅魚飯，我吃了一塊牛腩，不錯，咖哩味很香，肉不會咬不開。

    中午一個人唔知食咩好，是是但但就揀左大快活黎食。當時係下午1點，店內人唔多，點餐都不用排隊。我叫左一個魚肚菜膽雞湯飯。職員見我那天行動不便，就話叫人拎個飯俾我，叫我坐下先，真係好體貼，好有愛。呢個飯呢…講明雞湯飯，大家都可以想像到雞肉係煲左一段時間，所以你唔好期望佢會好滑，事實上真係好“鞋”，我好努力都食唔晒，因為食到某個位你已經唔想再咬佢不過佢係一啲脂肪都無，正個湯仲有好多白菜乾，又有兩件鮮冬菇，好好味。

    呢個飯呢…講明雞湯飯，大家都可以想像到雞肉係煲左一段時間，所以你唔好期望佢會好滑，事實上真係好“鞋”，我好努力都食唔晒，因為食到某個位你已經唔想再咬佢
    不過佢係一啲脂肪都無，正


    個湯仲有好多白菜乾，又有兩件鮮冬菇，好好味。

    Nothing more than the best! I have never liked Fairwood at all after the one in Causeway Bay was closed down and was replaced by Esprit, but then, this one is absolutely brilliant! No matter it is breakfast or lunch, or tea or dinner, they have kept their food at a very high standard. Maybe due to the fact that nobody really come here to eat, so the food is still cooked with heart.I almost come 3 times for breakfast every week and it is definitely the place for me to grab my dinner when I have a

    I almost come 3 times for breakfast every week and it is definitely the place for me to grab my dinner when I have a chance.

    Most impressed with their scrambled egg!! I have always wanted to thank the chef but there was no chance. It is golden yellow and most importantly, very consistent in quality.

    For tea, their chicken wings are the best!

    For lunch or dinner, no other than the Pork Cutlet with tomato sauce!!!

    I wanted to show some pics here I can never to remember to bring my camera. Will try to remember some other time and put some up here.

    是日專登黎試d個滾冬冬2個人本身諗住叫2個鍋,但個staff叫我地嗌1個再叫小食會好多choice,所以我地叫左1個黑豚肉同肥牛既鍋,配料有:玉子豆腐,菜,菇,水晶包同烏冬then我地再叫左牛丸,唐生菜,烏冬同灣仔碼頭水餃全部刀系加$5-8到樣樣野刀好新鮮而且幾甜,仲可以飲埋個冬瓜湯底tim!2個人叫咁多己經岩岩好,但建議早d去會好d,因為夜去好多野食刀己經無哂!!!
