To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 8月21日下午6:15 ，買一個粟米斑塊飯套餐外賣，有湯有茶，加了一個油菜，共$72。返到屋企打開嚟食，每件班塊粉漿好厚，用口咬開，內裏冇乜魚，好難食，簡直係黑心呃人，根本食唔落肚，正常人都唔會食粉漿落肚，以後都唔會買黎食。宜家市道生意難做，都唔好咁樣去做食物俾人食，如果因為物價昂貴，倒不如取消此項食物，簡單做一個餐蛋飯就算數吧！作為一間連鎖店，幫襯的都是小市民，而且都係相熟街坊，簡直對大快活好失望。

大快活生日優惠，最近用手機App下載了大快活App做會員，其中一個生日優惠，就是加$9.9可以品嚐精選早餐或下午茶，今天我就用了這個優惠，$9.9有一碗沙嗲牛肉麵及熱飲檸檬茶，雖然是快餐店，但牛肉竟然是出奇地用了新鮮牛肉，這碗麵沙嗲味湯底很濃，不錯！

今天是星期日，早上起來去大快活食個早餐，今天人不多，可能星期日其他人未有咁早起身。我見餐牌上有上海面，正好想吃得飽一些，於是叫了辣肉酱上海面，多士配荷包蛋和咖啡。味道不錯

我要去新蒲崗上堂，近近地而又好食的大快活位於新蒲崗彩虹道242號的釆頤花園內。我點左D61的沙薑豬扒飯配餐湯（節瓜淡菜唐排湯）$40，此為驚喜價（原價是$47）。雖然是每週的驚喜餐，亦絕對是交足功課的。此餐的賣相不錯，豬扒的肉質腍熟，有咬口，值得推介。有配菜，有誠意，餐湯好飲👍。

新蒲崗下午茶大快活，近地鐵站馬路邊，個位置好方便，晚上去體育館運動前，到呢個大快活食個下午茶，就會有體力去做運動，不錯的，雞翼如果能水份多一點更加好，雞翼好香脆，味道好食，熱狗腸仔多汁，個包到鬆軟香脆，熱狗如果加啲青瓜或者生菜就好啦，更加豐富
