To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟大埔一田買嘢，諗諗吓都唔知食乜，行行吓見到大快活就走入嚟試吓。呢個款真係價廉物美，抵到不得了有咁大塊雞扒，再配埋個牛肉飯，再配埋個小小嘅沙律，好夠飽，而且又美味。

第一次黎大埔大快活，平常甚少幫襯，因為冇乜特色野食。 點知今次行過見到有煲仔飯出堂，所以諗都唔諗入黎試下。叫咗個滑雞拼章魚肉餅煲仔飯，另加個霸王花湯，熱奶茶。一坐低第一時間用濕紙巾擦枱擦桌面椅子，果然勁污糟😂 而地板更加污糟⋯⋯終於叫到我個號碼了，攞咗返埋位第一時間飲個湯先（平時湯水少嘛）頂 ，鹽水湯😫 失望！然後係煲仔飯，嘩，我從來冇食過咁焾嘅煲仔飯架，啱晒老人家啦。再次放生快餐廳👋🏻

最近看廣告時，發現大快活的咖喱炸豚肉飯又再度登場了。喜歡炸物的我，便決定一嚐味道。是次由於疫情關係，我便叫了外賣回家吃。下單時曾有擔憂，把炸豚肉拿回家時，會否已經淋掉。但由於我真的很想吃，便決定繼續下單。喜出望外，把外賣拿回家是豚肉仍是脆的，豚肉10分厚，中間夾帶了油花，吃下去不會是柴柴的。豚肉份量亦不少！然而，咖喱醬是林在白飯上的。如果能分開裝上，顧客可選擇將咖喱淋在豬扒或白飯上，整件事會變得更好。

其實平時去食咖喱，大埔真係有好多選擇，但如果想是一間香港味比較濃的地方，搵杜汶澤做代言，其實大快活這裏的咖喱也是相當不錯，味道不會太鹹，適合愛健康的人士，我就經常來吃。
