To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活既早餐應該係所有人都食過而又覺得好好食既早餐，選擇多，茶餐廳有既，佢地基本上都有！ 佢地晚餐既咕嚕肉更加係必食之選！ 但係食多左都會覺得想轉下口味，今次想食d健康d既，所以就揀左佢地既健康餐黎試。 作爲一個鷄胸愛好者，平時食白切鷄都會揀鷄胸食，大快活既又真係better than expected！

今早農曆年初一，大家恆常晨跑上將軍澳跨灣大橋，好在雨停及小風，總算是不錯的健康活動👍。通常跑完後，我們都會一齊食早餐，今日最方便快捷的做法就是去幫襯將軍澳將軍澳中心的大快活，環境闊落，坐得舒服。我點左個C01健怡早餐$28，火腿湯通粉配英式多士+烚蛋，餐飲係咖啡。好友要左P02即炸脆香魚柳＋茄汁豆＋千層吐司＋火腿湯通粉$39，餐飲係熱華田。脆香魚柳炸得外皮香脆，魚肉嫩滑可口，配千層吐司，好味又好食；多士及吐司香脆，餐飲好味！

我一直認為「大快活」啲食物質素唔太理想，所以對佢冇咩興趣，直至最近朋友話“八達通”內有coupon 優惠，不防一試，於是“冒險”去試下 😅。早餐～估唔到食物烹調有進步，雞肉嫩滑、魚柳炸得頗鬆脆，都算唔錯 😀，但咖啡就麻麻喇，冇咩咖啡味！不過以優惠價每款$32嚟講，真係好抵喇！👍🏻😏還有其他coupon (17:00-18:00打邊爐減$10，即$48)，以烚下烚下嚟講真係好平，於是傍晚又去試下 😉。原來晚上有送餐服務，當職員將食物送到時，嚇了我一跳，因真係好多料，份量十足😲！👆🏻湯底足料味道👍🏻😃👆🏻真出奇，豬肉居然比牛肉滑啲 🤔，其餘配料豐富，菜又頗多，食得飽飽！😁👆🏻“二人套餐”～優惠價$87，腊腸雞煲仔飯啲餸夠多，兼且“京都肉排”炒得👍🏻，加埋燉湯 😃平心而論，覺得「大快活」進步咗，冇咗之前嘅“求求其其”，食物質素正常番之餘，份量亦大大提高咗！😘

大快活將軍澳唐德街9號將軍澳中心B1樓B12-B13號舖今日掛住做野都唔知時間，到個肚打鼓既時候睇一睇手錶原來已經係下晝2點幾啦，所以即刻放低手頭上既工作去醫肚先啦。食咩好?當然係要快靚正啦，第一時間就唸到黎大快活啦，其實都好耐無食過快餐店既下午茶，估唔到而家都有好多選擇，我最後係揀左蜜汁雞比+炸菜肉絲雙腸米粉，凍奶茶。碗米粉就無特別啦，正常質素啦都好難整得難食既，但個蜜汁雞比就幾欣賞啦，整得好入味有驚喜。

I never eat at Fairwood but the omnipork tofu has made me a regular visitor for this dish.However, it is always inconsistent, sometimes saltier and this time it was spot one but the tofu pieces were big and chunky which was ideal as I love tofu!The taste and everything was spot on, just a bit too salty.
