To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇戲之前諗唔到食咩所以去咗呢一間係elements既大快活，有好多唔同嘅選擇，晚市亦都又可以打邊爐，我就簡簡單單揀咗個雙拼嘅燒味飯，$54，另外再加多一個湯！！叉燒燒鵝飯，整體嚟講份量見圖到幾多，有少少驚喜嘅係佢味道都唔錯，叉燒OK肥瘦平均，送飯好好食，絕對唔會話有成舊肥膏嘅出現，燒鵝亦都唔係頭頭尾尾，肉質嚟講亦都唔太差，加埋佢嘅燒味汁，好好送飯！個湯都幾好飲，飲落冇乜味精，而且份量都幾多，啱晒鍾意飲湯既我 ！

大年初三到廟街「夜繽紛」之後，信步再到西九海濱公園，要經過圓方商場，因為在廟街「夜繽紛」人潮如鯽，未能盡情「掃街」，祇嘗小食，因此順路在圓方商場的大快活享用晚飯。我的菠蘿咕嚕肉套餐有灼唐生菜、中茶和花膠鴨絲羹，菠蘿咕嚕肉尚美味可口。哈哈！沒有睇單以為是碗仔翅，原來是名貴花膠鴨絲羹，湯羹稠度適中、味道不錯，但沒有吃到花膠和鴨絲，很多爽口金菇，金菇詐看像瑤柱絲，此外還有冬菇薄片。家人的焗豬扒飯似乎得大半盒！

大快活咖喱牛腩飯非常，咖喱汁整得非常好食，辣到正常，如果食得辣嘅話仲可以叫餐廳整個加辣版，薯仔整得非常之林，牛腩亦都蚊得好林，咬口非常容易，配上一啖白飯，非常好食
