To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Date: 5Aug10點左右在Element想吃個早餐，想不到選擇是如此的少，大部分餐廳都開11、12點。找了好久的openrice，原本打算去蹓冰場附近的另一間餐廳，看了他們的menu後還是決定來吃大快活。這個決定是對的！只是要花點時間等位，這裡比想像的多人！↑快餐來說，雞扒的味道不錯，雞皮煎得很香口，只是份量實在太～小了。炒蛋很嫩滑，不過個人喜歡更熟一點點的蛋。值得一提的是那杯熱咖啡，沒有加糖喝也不會覺得苦澀！

 ↑快餐來說，雞扒的味道不錯，雞皮煎得很香口，只是份量實在太～小了。炒蛋很嫩滑，不過個人喜歡更熟一點點的蛋。
值得一提的是那杯熱咖啡，沒有加糖喝也不會覺得苦澀！

    自從細細個食個鐵板餐之後就好耐冇食過, 今次試下去食大快活嘅鐵板餐, 真係純粹用試像嘅心態試下, 因為好少食大快活嘅出品呢個鐵板餐係 西冷牛扒拼雞脾扒 $55呢份餐好大份, 除咗西冷牛扒、雞髀扒, 仲有蔬菜墊底, 又有一細碗香蔥飯同可樂跟, 真係好平西冷牛扒同雞髀扒都好大件, 味道係比外表好嘅, 牛扒味道唔算(乸)得好緊要, 仲食到牛肉味 之不過就煎得太乾; 雞髀扒比牛扒好味, 雞皮煎得好香仲幾脆口, 雞肉冇煎到乾曬, 而且食落都仲算嫩滑。

          The bbq pork is so juicy and tender and a substantial generous portion. The rice was old and dry. The iced is the best because they serve it in crushed ice. Refreshing!! Service is so friendly and welcoming. They serve you the food and even hand out wet wipes at the end of your meal. Plenty of seating, but often crowded. Extremely freezing cold atmosphere and noisy with chatter, probably because it's right next to ice rink. Good thing is you have front seat views of ice skaters.

                實在很久沒有幫襯過「大快活」了，這一天早起來圓方，在未到西九海濱長廊散步之前，先在這間環境比一般大快活為佳的「大快活」吃個早餐。吃的是「特色腸 + 阿活脆邊煎雙蛋」早餐，配的是「英式多士」和「熱好立克」。這早餐只售 $25.5，不貴，以這個富貴商場來說，絕對是廉價早餐之選。至於質素嘛，煎雙蛋不算怎麼脆邊，煎得都還過得去。兩條脹卜卜的肥厚腸仔，分別是意式豬肉腸和香草豬肉腸，兩者都有點肉汁，味道也比一般的幼身腸仔好，加上多士烘得中規中矩，這早餐都算在及格線之上。

                  是日來到圓方The Grand看電影，已到飯點，先吃個午餐，然後入埸吧！時間不多，就選大快活，叫了一個紅燒牛肉飯+合掌瓜香菇豬踭老火湯套餐，收$42，都算抵食。合掌瓜香菇豬踭老火湯說是老火湯，但名不副實，水汪汪，合掌瓜、香菇、豬踭均要用放大鏡來找，當有味開水來喝吧！紅燒牛肉飯牛肉做得幾好，用料尚佳，肉質嫩滑不韌，但牛肉及配菜份量稍少，調味汁落手稍重，應要改善。這兒鄰近西九工程，工人大多以此為食堂，他們多為體力勞動者，故普遍加飯，快餐店就有這個好處，加飯免費，工人亦就腳，故整個吃飯其間，工人排隊不斷。

                    最近睇晝顏，日劇題材比韓劇新鮮。去大快活求其食，搞掂一餐再回公司開會商討南港島線的後續問題，上路！難得這份西蘭花炒魚塊，要等10分鍾，但是炒得很有鑊氣！ 魚塊有10多塊，我吃不完。 而西蘭花不會過硬，熱到我舌燙傷了！！！！！ 誰叫我這樣大意！西蘭花清甜，魚塊無雪味，還有三匙蝦米吊味，這間快餐店算是挺有心思！比大排檔廟街小炒有鑊氣！日本人以「顏」指稱喇叭狀的花，根據開放的時段，以一天中的不同時間來命名，清晨開放傍晚凋謝的是朝顏，日間開放夜間凋謝的是晝顏，傍晚開放早晨凋謝的是暮顏或夕顏，只在夜間開放的便是夜顏。所以我們把女性比喻為花的話，晝顏則是代表女性在白天的活動很活躍。在本劇就是意指平常送丈夫外出工作後白天沒有工作，在外面與其他男性有著戀愛關係的主婦。以這個劇名為主題描述兩名家庭主婦走進了不倫、外遇的危險行徑中，在平凡中生活中帶起巨大的波瀾。講番晝顏，主角係由上戶彩飾演的家庭主婦紗和，丈夫看起來對她不錯，但因為生活一成不變，遇上有米不倫少婦利佳子，因為某件事，不得不與她形成「共犯」好友，也被利佳子影響帶入外遇這條不歸路。 嗯，真係幾好睇，劇情算合理，選角亦出彩！
