To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常之創意的做法,有芝士,有沙爹,有牛肉,有番茄,有長通粉,平時食的沙爹牛麵同這個的焗通粉在想像中有好大落差!首先焗通粉最重要是個汁要有焦香而不會太干,這通粉個汁有juicy 的感覺,但個油分比較豐富。最有趣是有四粒番茄,配落沙爹牛味道上,又加上有芝士的咸香。焗完之後的味道非常有層次。口感就像食納豆的滑潺潺的感覺,加上早餐牛肉的味道,也有番茄的酸甜,再有芝士的咸,其次有沙爹,味雷嘅刺激去到一個極點!最後我要寫個「伏」字比佢!

呢間大快活差不多開左1,2年左右 , 大多都係去幫襯魚柳鐵板餐 , 雜扒鐵板餐 或 牛扒鐵板餐早鳥時段 5-6PM $48 仲包飯包野飲....抵到無朋友....配低糖綠茶無需額外加錢質素一定就唔會好好架啦...叫做不過不失 , 絕對對得住個價錢咁而其他一般飯餐都好少幫襯...質素一般般大快活去到咩程度 , 大家都好清楚.......下午茶都抵食既 , 但可惜果個時間仲未放工sosad我都明白平民價錢不能要求太多
