To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今早約左好友去荃灣行山，順道去海灣花園商場的大快活食早餐。我點左個早晨粥餐，細皮蛋瘦肉粥配肉燥撈麵$33，餐飲係熱咖啡。肉燥撈麵好入味，皮蛋瘦肉粥就較淡口，早早食完早餐就集隊去。

大快活早餐一向我覺得喺快餐店嚟算高質 食嘅當日有啲掛住大快活個香辣肉碎麵 所以就去食咗一個早餐 個麵依舊都係好好食 辣得嚟講唔算太鹹 另外個煎雙蛋都幾正 個多士都唔太差 仲有靚雞扒 快餐店嚟講係非常之好嫁啦

近期最喜愛嘅午餐就係大快活嘅健康精選 「羽衣甘藍汁雞胸紅米飯🐤🥬」($48)呢個係我去親大快活必定食嘅晏 有時會係南瓜汁🎃有時係番茄汁🍅 大大舊雞胸 有時真係會食唔晒😂 好多人好抗拒紅米飯 但係我覺得口感不錯 又健康價錢又公道 大讚👍🏻
