To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日晏晝, 師傅偕同兩位同僚一同午膳, 但係離開監房後, 竟然又係再一次漫無目的咁行, 最幣今次係行去灣仔方向, 而其中一位同僚仲相當堅持, 師傅已經表明立場, 話行呢一邊冇咩似樣嘅茶餐廳, 但佢就唔聽師傅嘅忠告, 繼續而行; 最後搵無可搵, 呢位咁堅持嘅同僚竟然指一指上面, 示意上樓上, 於是就黎左呢度食晏!話時話師傅都好耐冇黎過呢個集團, 最主要嘅原因就係因為要捧餐, 但既然黎左就是但啦; 上到去當然要睇下有咩好食啦, 最後師傅柯打左個粟米肉粒飯加多杯凍低糖綠茶!粟米肉粒飯個汁竟然有洋蔥, 呢個位真係扣唔少分, 皆因好地地一個粟米汁點解要加洋蔥呢? 加左又唔覺得佢特別香特別好味; 而肉粒就幾鬆軟, 唔錯; 再配上一d雜豆都幾好味; 而杯凍低糖綠茶就非常淡口, 真係冇咩味道, 連少少甜都冇, 似無糖多過似低糖, 唔算好味!總括黎講食物質素一般, 環境就幾乾淨清潔, 不過冷氣唔夠, 服務態度都幾好, 價錢一般啦, 廿四蚊碟飯, 再加四蚊有杯唔好味嘅綠茶, 唔算抵食; 如果唔係因為呢位咁堅持嘅同僚, 師傅都未必會黎呢度, 仲有冇下次, 相信機會渺茫, 皆因師傅對捧餐嘅食店興趣唔大, 笑臉
