To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去大快活食火鍋,我最喜歡食的粥底火鍋已經賣晒,唯有叫咗個沙嗲湯底。雖然係打邊爐,好快就已經有得食啦。沙嗲湯底都有啲辣,都幾抵食,食到好飽。因為是星期四去,所以加配料半價。加埋檸檬柚子梳打,好滿足的一餐。

上星期有日去咗大快活食下午茶,叫了一個豉油皇雞髀加一杯汽水$33。雖然地方濶落,但坐無虛席,差不多都是老人家或是放咗學的小朋友和家長,好彩還有少少位,坐得舒服。豉油皇雞髀,肉質鮮嫩多汁,而且入味加杯凍汽水🥤,在這麼炎熱🥵的天氣,簡直一大樂事

消費卷用八達通,有些店舖如大快活都會有優惠卷(雖然減得唔多,但好過無)原價$30-$3(八達通優惠)= $27呢個餐第一次食肉燥撈米 拼 細皮蛋瘦肉粥 加檸水個粉第一啖,嗯,好特別,成個粉就如台灣肉燥那種比較干的感覺,食多2下就習慣我習慣粥會後食,因為一般個粥都會好熱個粥雖然話係《細》,但其實女仔係夠食的,同埋覺得幾大碗下,入口暖暖地,可以再熱啲唔知係咪個位凍?除左個檸水,其他2樣都覺得可以再熱啲~員工工作勤快

外賣叫焗豬扒飯,返到屋企點知變咗葡國雞飯。外賣order時已經有些少混亂,攞外賣時又有一些問題。返到屋企發現已經太遲唔想返轉頭,求其試吓。點知強差人意,飯底周邊已經乾晒,個汁一劈一劈杰撻撻。今次係咁岩經過所以試吓,下次唔會再試。

大快活呢間餐廳比我噶印象一直都系唔錯噶,比較親民而且環境氛圍都ok噶,之前試過呢度噶羽衣甘藍汁雞胸肉紅米飯,都唔錯噶哈哈,今次就食翻個生炒排骨飯,一個人食分量都算唔錯啦,排骨炒得幾香口啦!
