To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到這家餐廳,歎返碗豉椒排骨河,嗌杯熱好立克,真係滿足晒我嘅胃。頭啖湯流入口,嗰種溫暖過癮,簡直係解乏神丹。再黎個好立克,微微嘅甜,伴住熱氣騰騰,幾舒服。嗰碗排骨河啊,真係要讚下,排骨香口得滯,啖啖肉,而家後椒香撲鼻,食落朗朗上口之餘,仲有個微微辣感,開胃!河粉滑溜溜,一啖欲上天。成餐完,服務員噹噹快手嘅收拾,叫人食完即走都覺得自在。要講,呢啲平民滋味,真係價廉物美到不得了😋👍🍜。

行過佢哋門口開始落雨,原來係百年一遇大暴雨來臨,門外見餐牌有梅菜扣肉飯$50凍飲加兩蚊,有懷疑,咁平!落雨天留客,入去試試啦!同扣肉初次見面有驚喜,真係梅菜扣肉,唔係嗰啲梅菜“瘦”肉,仲係飯餸分開,居然有唔少份量學斗墊底,梅菜夠香冇沙,扣肉腍化唔係柴,呢個價錢超值,唔夠喉要多個節瓜粉絲蝦米$62,可能覺得細咗,味道好,冇煮一擗嘢,廚房師傅有料到,環境就普通,唔係而家嗰類茶餐廳大光猛裝修,最鍾意係冇櫃桶檯,唔使食餐飯都撞到膝頭,獨食,撐檯腳,小家飯都啱使,要再試下其他菜式,希望做到飯堂。

每年農曆大年初一,都會去差館里觀音廟拜觀音,我同觀音有緣嘛.拜完之後行咗嚟紅磡食 Lunch,無那那突然間想食豉椒排骨飯,見到名廚年初一都開門營業,於是乎走入去幫襯.望完成份餐牌,居然無寫上豉椒排骨飯咁普通嘅飯,膽粗粗問一問侍應,答案竟然係有喎!真攪鬼!可能 menu 不能盡錄吧......女友小熊點咗雪菜肉絲米粉.雪菜肉絲米粉茨汁略多,雪菜同肉絲亦略有不足.豉椒排骨唔夠鑊氣,感覺好似預制組件唔係即叫即炒.雖然質素一般,但都俾滿分,新年流流年初一都開工服務街坊,又無加一只係加果幾蚊,單單誠意都攞滿分啦!

好好味,唔記得影相先食,但個樣正常嘅!蝦同肉都無雪味,飯炒得乾身,夠香!可以再食🥰🥰不過,我外賣左杯凍奶茶,無俾飲管就扣左分,好彩天氣熱,又叫左少冰,無飲管都飲到,奶茶亦夠香濃!

疫情之後,通常午餐都係買外賣。喺屋企附近搵到呢間小店茶餐廳,外賣大件夾抵食。通常十次有七次,返去打開個發泡膠外賣盒嘅時候,啲飯餸係拱起咗,貼住咗個蓋嘅形狀。今次呢個豉椒牛河午餐,就畀咗個大嘅外賣盒。份量,質素同味道,都係值得再幫襯嘅。外賣仲有九折添。另外,感覺倒都係好有人情味嘅小店,唔係口黑面黑,淨係係道打工個嗰種。 呢啲少店茶餐廳,其實係要幫襯多啲嘅。如果唔係,可能買少見少, 最後冇著數嘅,都係街坊。
