Bacon - OK.
Fried eggs - OK
Crispy fried potato cakes - as it they had on some sort of chewy armor. No good.
Sausage - no idea what sort of sausage this was but it was not good tasting. It really should have been the star of the dish and it all comes down to the quality of the sausage, which was clearly absent.
Two fries eggs on thick toast. May be some kind of French baguette. Toast was completely soggy. It even had clear grill marks on it. May be a left over from the day before?
Fried tomato - cold. Not much taste.

Coffee - the worst. Tasted like some weird Chinese herbal medicine.

This place looks quite nice when I walked by at 8. 30am. Didn't know breakfast can be so appalling.

像平時吃的Egg benedit,流心蛋;

Smoked Salmon 味道okay,不太鹹,份量適中。特別是用煮熟了的波菜,份量也不少👍🏻。English Muffins 就沒什麼特別。

原來是杯上的,份量也不少,適合二人share,我一個人吃就太多了😬!

面層的cream有一點點像是Vanilla seeds 的東西,Chocolate Mousse裡有walnuts,增加口感和飽肚感,也有少少coffee味。

整體來說不太甜👍🏻。


大約5:30pm 左右,侍應會逐張枱點蠟燭,晚上很有情調,氣氛幾好😊。


這店大部份都是外籍女侍應,有的懂些小廣東話,有的就不懂。服務幾好,收碟快。

The steak was not cooked as ordered (medium rare instead of medium well). Some portion (~40%-50%) was even not edible as really too rare to even bite which was a waste of both the meat and my money. Also, as the food was served 30 mins more than told, 15 mins, i.e. total waiting time is 45 mins, I could only change to take away. However, the utensils provided was wooden knife and fork which really couldn't be used for cutting the meat, especially when they were rare cooked.

Speaking to English cuisine, Feather & Bone resturant was all over Hong Kong. The Wan Chai ones was at a convenient location, that encouraged us visiting there a few times.
This resutrant was known for steak, hence, many guests came here to order rare steak from the bar-side. For me, I highly recommended my favorite dish here – Steak and Egg, the price was increased from $168 to $228 currently. Still, I would choose it once I sit at Feather & Bone resturant.
The slim steak was medium-rare texture, combined with sunny-side-up egg and the spinach. If you tried one bite of this combination, you would not put down your knife and fork.
My friend had ordered a beef from the beef-bar aisde, however, the medium rare was like blue rare. The steak bloody water was left on the plate which was not acceptable to her. That’s why I always have my secure choice – Steak and Egg.
The Caesar Salad was super big bowl to us, we can’t finish it but it was fresh and well balance between sweetness and acidity.
Overall speaking, we enjoyed our weekend brunch here and the good serves were deserved a good rating.

今日同事last day,他選擇了吃西餐,雖然經常經過但從未試過,見不用等位,一於試下吧我們叫了2個steak burger和一個linguine Steak burger 叫了medium rare, 剛剛好,夠多汁juicy,配上肥肥的薯角,薯仔是原個切的,食落充滿薯仔粉粉的感覺,另外茄汁,食落去是用原蕃茄打碎的,蕃茄味濃;由於呢間餐廳主要係食牛,所以牛肉漢堡唔算差linguine 意粉口感一般,沒有意粉的彈性,但肉醬份量十足,每一啖都充滿肉醬,不過不失吧!

The spicy crab linguine was delicious. The linguine was al dente and with a good amount of kick in the spice. Who would have thought that there is a good pasta dish at a steak place.

The salad (can’t find its name) was one of my recent favorite! It’s a take on normal Cesar salad but it added toasted almond, mango and most importantly CILANTRO! Love love love it!

I am still in love with the idea of being able to choose from a variety of raw good quality steak at the butchers shop, cooked to your liking and served straight away in the dining area.
