The service level that I got compared to the Caucasian girl next to me is 100% different! The waitress literally snatched my credit card from my hand when I was checking the bill and threw it back to me post making the transaction (without any respect while I have been polite to her). Meanwhile, the same waitress hand the bill to the Caucasian very nicely and treated her with respect. What a discriminative action!

一邊是超市一邊是餐廳，環境有少少嘈雜不過肉類可以自由選擇，適合自由搭配合適份量。氣氛輕鬆，是個三五知己一起喝酒聊天的好地方。餐酒有Rose，直接前往櫃檯選了牛扒，300克基本夠兩人享受，加上兩款配菜。配菜相當大份，味道也好。牛扒有些許乾，也許個人選擇熟成的問題，牛扒醬汁也是自己選擇。黑色的牛肉乾配餐酒非常可口，鹹味適中，還帶有牛肉的咬勁和香口，是喝酒的必備小吃。餐廳的服務人員笑容滿面，經常熱情的來過問食物如何，要不要添加其他。感覺像個休閒愉快的農場餐廳。

已經唔係第一次黎幫親依feather & bone最吸引既地方就係可以自己選擇食邊舊牛幾大舊 咩位置 grain fed定grass fed今次我就pick左 grain fed既sirloin 大約200g左右塊牛扒今次煮得算有d失手基本上我黎過幾次 佢次次煎既方法既唔同水準都幾唔constant下不過2百幾蚊黎講 我比佢勉強合格啦次次黎我都會叫好多side dishes今次只係加左個chips 返而個chips又幾有驚喜大大舊 炸得幾脆卜卜

I personally consider Feather and Bone a great steak option. You get to choose from a wide range of different cuts at the Butcher’s counter, as well as the sauces and sides you would like to pair your steak with. We went for the Wagyu sirloin and grass-fed ribeye and both were delicious. The wagyu sirloin was just so incredibly tender, buttery with delicate notes of umami, highly recommend! 朋友生日，揀咗Butcher’s Choice Main $258/人Starter要$100/人，dessert $40/人（必須全部人都要比）分量：starter係足二人份量。但係同隔離枱單點嘅牛扒比，我地Main course嘅牛扒感覺係一人份量多一兩塊牛左右。仲要我哋揀嘅牛肉比隔離枱貴。甜品收足二人價錢，但係上到枱只有一份，感覺受到欺騙！加上疫情期間，為了減少交叉傳播，唔係更應該分兩份serve客人會更好咩？服務：雖然政府規例10:00完結堂食，但係當我哋9:30啱啱開始食main course嗰陣，一個女侍應拎左個甜品出嚟，之後我哋同另一位侍應講因為啱啱先開始食main course，可唔可以將個甜品放返雪櫃先陣間再食。個侍應居然同我講甜品上面嗰啲係cream，唔係雪糕唔怕溶，拒絕幫我放落雪櫃。即使唔會溶都好，但係整個甜品係有奶類製品，如果將奶類製品長時間放喺室溫food haccp嚟講好容易滋生細菌，呢個係大家都知道嘅common sense。我理解就快完結堂食，師傅可能收工所以早咗拎甜品俾我哋，但係我唔覺得將一份仔嘅甜品放落雪櫃度有幾難？味道：師傅真係做到medium，呢

兩個人去咗食牛扒，聽過呢間出名就去睇下。首先服務員走來解釋點樣去order，要自己出去 butchers shop ，嗰度有好多不同類型嘅牛扒，我哋向服侍應點了2份grass fed ribeye. 以重量計價錢。 兩塊牛扒價錢為$218,$239。每一個牛扒奉上一個汁，如果想要多啲汁就要自己加錢, $20 ，我哋揀咗一個pepper ( 呢個汁好 好咸) 另一個係Diane （蘑菇汁 幾好食）。再配了一個salad +$68, 另外一個係chips +$78.再叫了兩杯cider$65@。 當晚二人吃了800多元。奉上牛扒嘅時候，侍應亦都會奉上幾個 芥末醬可以自己揀 。我哋嘅牛扒都係medium rare，好食。 冇overcook。 有肉味有口感。 唔會食到成口渣，係有肥膏不過唔多， 真心唔錯。

Feather & Bones 好多分店，今次㨂左公司附近食同同事食lunch! 見到餐牌有🍔The Spanish OX Burger 試試佢！由西班牙直送過嚟，José Gordón用上90日乾式熟成嘅西班牙牛肉，配上濃郁嘅Reblochon Cheese，再用特製酸洋蔥配搭，一啖咬落感受到滿滿嘅肉味同油香之餘，味道好balance，感覺唔油膩。配菜方面亦交足功課，Cajun seasoning既薯角，加上我係酸瓜控，佢個醃酸瓜真係好想encore，保證你大滿足。———

The fat to meat ratio is perfectly fine😜😜 You could easily cut the tender steak into pieces 🔪 😋.The steak is also well served with the eggs above.🥚The beef sandwich 🍞 is also well cooked and with different kinds of side dishes. 提早一個星期book咗呢間餐廳一家人慶祝，點知爸爸早到咗去攞位嘅時候比嗰外籍店員好冇禮貌咁對待，語氣非常之趕客，搞到未食就已經一肚氣😤-環境方面餐廳都算闊落，枱同枱之間唔會話太迫，場內都比較多係外籍嘅客人。但係以一間西餐廳來講呢度啲侍應嘅服務態度就唔係特別好，如果連基本服務都做唔到嘅話真係嘢食幾好食嘅話都冇咩用😶-Steak Tartare呢個生牛肉他他係幾好食嘅！將生雞蛋洋蔥同埋從撈勻之後再擺喺麵包上面一齊食非常之惹味！麵包看得非常之脆口，如果可以多多兩三塊麵包就啱啱好喇🤫Spicy Crab Meat Spaghetti呢個意粉可以話係完全唔值得食，睇相已經可以見到蟹肉得嗰幾條完全唔值個價！而且蟹肉完全係冇蟹肉味，同屋企人食完大家都覺得似係吞拿魚多啲，呢個意粉完全係非常之失望😩Rib-eye牛扒可以去butchers counter度自己揀，今次就叫咗份rib-eye medium rare黎試吓!呢度啲牛扒完全唔算貴，廚師亦都煮得啱啱好唔會overcook! Sauce方面我哋今次就揀咗peppercorn都幾好食！ Chicken skewers 就不過不失都算幾好食😊

不但presentation令人欠食欲，味道更是無語，mussel個頭大但味同嚼蠟；onion soup還是可以的，但明顯不舍得落芝士，就很少一塊在一小長條baguette片上，對於鐘情onion soup且住巴黎時幾乎每日一湯的我來講，這onion soup完全unqualified Fish and chips魚反正冷凍無功無過；但chips大塊到根本是薯塊，同樣完全不無味，只能沾ketchup勉強下咽。Lamb太干，beef太硬根本嚼不動，反而配菜的spinach甚係可口

又到星期六，中午和老婆到灣仔找嘢食，行到盧押道見到想食好久的餐廳，就二話不説入去了，兩人點了set lunch 當然要試下必叫的🐮扒啦好有牛味，令外叫多個肉丸意粉，肉丸有拳頭甘大，誇張再叫咖啡作完結真的好滿足
