又一棧在九龍塘站上蓋又一城。一向人好多。晚餐限時一個半小時。沒人等位就不會叫你走。如果不是就朋友应不会選Festival walk, 太多人用餐。點了個2人套養幫朋友慶生。拉皮和素腐方比期待好吃。素腐方入味,拉皮很爽口小黄鱼外脆內軟,沒有魚腥味炒蝦仁普通貨色湯則料足(螺頭雞腳瘦肉)但一點燉湯感覺也沒有。我本人喜歡那無錫骨因為很入味。但朋友觉有點硬。楊枝金露的柚子芒果都有點少。我不喜歡雪糕讓整個太奶了。。二人七百大元其實可以有其他更好選擇。但明顯不会在又一城。 continue reading

同朋友短聚, 揀咗又一城嘅又一棧。由於冇book枱嘅關係,我哋只能坐一個鐘多少少,就要喺八點鐘之前交枱。時間唔多所以都只係食點心為主,結果除咗炸醬麵之外,其餘幾樣菜式都幾滿意。四川成都蒜泥白肉($80):一碟都有幾多塊,個醬汁辣辣地,白肉夾住青瓜同蒜泥一齊食,開胃好味。上海鮮肉鍋貼($60):一客有六隻咁多,隻隻都有肉汁,有夠飽肚,趁熱食最好食。成都紅油抄手($50):呢樣都係有六隻,同樣個醬汁都幾好食,雲吞就冇鍋貼咁大隻,咁仲好,可以作為一個輕盈啲嘅點心。北京六必居炸醬麵($52):呢個就麻麻哋喇,首先可能因為我哋食得慢啦,食第二碗嘅時候已經凍哂,但就算食緊第一碗,我都覺得冇乜特別,個面本身係偏粗少少嘅,有麻醬、醋同炸醬比你撈,但冇話特別好味咁樣,普普通通啦。蔥爆牛肉($98):呢個都係一般,如果要講,我就覺得啲京蔥比牛肉好食,甜甜地又夠脆,牛肉就落得太多鬆肉粉,過淋了。綜合叫左5樣嘢食,都係點心好啲。 continue reading

又到中餐時間!今次約左舊同事去「又一棧」。夜晚七點幾鐘無人等緊位,所以服務員即刻幫我地三個人安排就座。我地都極度肚餓,所以叫咗唔少野食。以下同大家介紹先:1. 花雕醉雞通常前菜我都「無雞不歡」...今次上菜我真係嚇左一跳,點解可以得咁少件雞?!真係同大家喺幅相見到得咁多... 食落去味道OK既,只不過唔係好抵食咁咯。2. 清炒菇菇小棠菜本身想叫豆苗,最後都係決定試新野。普通normal咯呢道菜。無咩特別驚喜...3. 蔥爆牛肉肉食反而有驚喜。牛肉好惹味,但又唔會好油膩。食多幾塊都唔使驚!4. 小籠包 (一客六隻)聽朋友講,呢度既點心都幾好食。當然小籠包就屬於必點之選啦。大家都可以試下...5. 嫩雞煨麵麵食唔錯,都幾足料!6. 乾扁四季豆四季豆炒得好惹味,出街食飯點可以無佢份呀!此外我地仲叫咗「醬爆里脊絲」。隨菜會送四塊單餅,等你可以放啲料落夾餅食。都幾有北方味道... 服務都算唔錯,不過同其他美心中菜廳比,呢度就唔算話好抵(用埋信用卡優惠之後計)。試一次都OK夠架啦! continue reading

平時都小去又一城的,今日屋企做了一個小裝修,和牛脷嫂都攰到攤攤腰,諗住搵間舒舒服服的餐廳坐坐,就誤打誤撞訂左又一棧。一去到,見到幾張位枱吉左喺度,而知客姐姐又帶我地去左張4人圓枱坐,就問可唔可以轉去卡位坐呀?點知...原來已訂滿哂!噢,同牛脷嫂講,下次我地都要訂位講明先,不過大前提係下次會再來的話,因為仲未試食嘛,唔確定下次一定嚟架,心諗....不過坐圓枱都OK,幾寬敞。點菜先,由於好肚餓,一叫就叫左好幾樣,本來想叫鱔糊,點知當日無貨,改左叫豆酥魚,仲失望,因為呢個麻麻地,魚唔夠滑,豆酥味太濃,完全搶左魚的鮮味,可惜...或者我食唔慣啦。 好彩呢味唔係第一度上,否則成餐肯定大打折扣。第一度上的是米莧鮮魚羹,好正,鮮魚同菜切得夠細,一個例牌有4碗,最緊要夠熱,加少少胡椒粉,鮮味極佳。跟住上嘅係馬蘭頭豆干,莫名嘅喜歡馬蘭頭,一見到呢個菜,實會點,唔通因為佢切碎哂上?懶咬,哈,唔係掛,主係菜粒加豆干粒好夾,而今次呢個馬蘭頭仲加入左松子,奇喎,又幾好食,不過次次叫馬蘭頭都有個缺點,就係太細個,唔夠食也,或者咁先令人回味啦。和菜戴帽,一個純粹因為個名同幅相吸引牛脷嫂而叫,你話餐牌上嘅相幾重要呢,其實頂帽就係煎蛋,裡面的就係肉碎炒粉絲,味道不過不失。不過跟幾塊餅可包住嚟食都唔錯,竟然最得牛脷嫂歡心嘅係跟隨上的海鮮醬,佢話好出色,我就無點過。總結來講,環境加食物加優惠,性價比唔錯,可讓我地今日辛勞的小裝修橫上句號。仲提自己,如果下次再嚟,記住訂卡位。 continue reading
