來到餐廳,就是要吃他們的九の春($488 /2人),九宮格的盛宴內,包括了前菜至甜點🍮,美饌配上美景,實在找不到不來餐廳的理由。

真心, $488包括二人餐、連兩杯Cocktail🍸,還要是在尖沙咀這個高級的地方,找不到比這裏更好的下午茶選擇。

在這個九宮格裏,我特別喜歡焦糖多士和水信玄餅這兩款甜品
焦糖多士烘得脆脆的,上面的焦糖已經變得金黃,播放的一塊就像薄脆一樣,份外開胃!
至於水信玄餅,配搭相窗外維港的景色,海天一色,感覺環境相襯。

其他鹹點也是不錯吃的哦!有天婦羅炸蝦、和牛腿肉、蕎麥麵等等,肯定會飽肚!

海鮮共有四款之多,南非鮑魚伴羅勒汁、清蒸金目鯛配海苔汁、羊肚菌銀鱈魚伴洋蔥汁、聖子皇配肉桂雪梨汁。可能最近吃日本刺身帶來食客的風險,餐廳改變了策略,供應其他產地的海鮮,但保持著日式的烹調處理,用伴主角的醬汁將各地海鮮提升到日式風味,餐廳這回,不因環境影響,仍保持著應有的水準。

跟著上枱的是鐵板料理,薄燒和牛配香草蕃茄喜馬拉雅山岩鹽、和牛柳三文治。今晚吃的牛肉,絕無投訴可言,皆因選用了熊本A5級數的和牛,入口即溶化,油脂也足夠。和牛三文治經鐵板一燒,香脆得來再溶入和牛的油脂,是一道天堂級的美食。

最後上枱是只在夏天才有得吃的日本甜品 - 水信玄餅,再根據日本傳統的吃法,配上黑糖糖漿和黃豆粉共吃。寒天果凍,晶瑩剔透,混上糖漿令甜度適中,店員更提醒黃豆粉的封喉口感要小心慢慢品嚐。
