突如期來的颱風假,搞到要屈左係屋企食兩日野,一有機會出番去就食盡d。在份量上其中一個選擇就係打邊爐。餐廳係旺角旺中帶靜的地方,坐位就專門為打邊爐而設咁,比較闊落。兩個人黎食都想盡量cover多D種類。湯底方面揀左個好有書卷氣的名 —雪山飛狐鍋,送到上黎果時又真係幾有畫面—一舊又一舊的蛋白好似一片片飛雪咁散落係海斑煲成的魚湯上面。一啖魚湯配一舊蛋白咁飲,味道鮮甜得黎又幾得意,係正式開始邊爐之前都飲左三四碗。煲入面的海斑都有一大條,稍為煎過再後加入湯,口感不俗。舖頭主打幾個必食套餐,小弟鐘意食牛就少不免揀左至尊牛魔王。擺盤係一隻金牛造型的盤,大份之餘夠哂霸氣,上面鋪左三款唔同的牛—美國封門柳、安格斯牛肩胛同頂級牛板腱。兩個人食呢度大概有三至四人份量的牛拼盤有d多,但味道就真係一流。最深刻就係牛板腱,因為平時少機會有得食,呢度的牛板腱淥一淥少少爽口,牛味十足。 另外都點左廣島蠔同細鮑魚等配菜,配料新鮮且價格相宜,食完都真係捧住個肚落樓,滿載而歸。 continue reading

今日跟朋友嚟到一間佢屋企附近嘅火鍋店,門面雖然唔係裝修得好華麗,而且行上一層未必會咁注意到,但估唔到食物相當出色👍🏻我哋叫咗個豪華必選餐,接近$700有一鍋椰子雞,一大盤新鮮象拔蚌,仲有一大碟牛,價錢非常合理👍🏻首先講一講個椰子煲,一上已經好香椰子味,仲會喺你面前開一個新鮮椰青直接倒落去做湯底,所以成個湯都係非常鮮甜,可以當湯飲完先打邊爐🤤🤤另外象拔蚌亦都好新鮮,可以當刺身食,都可以打邊爐,兩個人食都好足夠👍🏻牛肉方面係手切嘅安格斯牛,所以牛味特別重😋😋最後再叫咗一個雜菜籃,原本諗住細細兜,但估唔到都幾大籃,兩個人都食唔晒🤣🤣總括而言,性價比幾高,食物質素唔錯,值得一試👍🏻 continue reading

今日同fd去左依間「火鳳凰火鍋料理」,環境好好,食物種類亦都超多,每款食物賣相都好吸引,食物好食之餘,打卡都一流😍👍👍👍餐廳既牛肉優質,有不同部位的選擇,牛肉味道濃郁,超正😍👍鮮脆鯇片絕對係我食過最新鮮既脆鯇,鯇片鮮脆,口感一流,魚味亦都好濃郁,份量亦都好多。手打四寶丸:當中包括左墨魚丸、鮮蝦丸、豬肉丸&牛肉丸,全部都用真材實料手工製作,口感彈牙多汁。自家製韭菜餃:自家製的韭菜餃皮薄餡多,味道好好,大大粒,超正😍😍😍扇貝:扇貝好新鮮又大隻,第一次食到咁大隻既扇貝,鮮味重❤️娃娃菜:娃娃菜吸收沙爹湯底湯汁既味道,超入味👍。北海道黑毛豬腩片:黑毛豬腩片肥瘦均勻,口感鮮嫩,肉質鮮美,絕對值得一試。椒鹽豆腐:外皮酥脆,內部軟嫩,份量多,而且超好食😋 continue reading
