Soho區人氣曲奇店旁邊有一家裝潢已經很有美國色彩的餐廳,平日的晚上也是坐滿客人,餐廳內部空間感很足,坐著聊天都很舒服。🔹11安士黑安格斯平鐵牛扒作為店的招牌菜式,平鐵牛扒確實令人印象深刻,五成熟的牛肉中間保留到牛肉的肉汁,外層用炭火燒,上桌已經聞到很香的牛味,這個微脆的口感反而中和了一點牛肉的heavy感,可以再塗上特質牛油,入口更香濃。🔹110安士海鱸魚魚柳這裡是吃牛扒的名店,沒想到魚也是非常出色,魚肉好滑有魚油香,外皮脆脆的很好咬,用來墊魚的薯蓉味道很香,而且口感綿細,旁邊的菜也特別爽口,吃完超滿足。🔹蟹肉龍蝦餅配是拉差蛋黃醬蟹餅外層很酥脆完全不油,切開裡面有滿滿的蟹肉和龍蝦肉,鹹鮮味充足,而且有些肉汁,直接吃也是很夠味👍🏻🔹香濃忌廉菠菜菠菜煮得很綿密,和白汁混在一起味道濃郁但不會太過火,奶香去除了菠菜草青味,小小的份量原來很大。🔹In Love With Rosemary氣氛好的一晚忍不住點了一杯cocktail,賣相很好看,顏色很吸睛,味道頗清甜酒精不會很濃,很容易入口。

The restaurant is not big in size but got some outdoor seatings. There is an open kitchen and a food case displaying different steaks. Apart from the individual serving, for sharing purposes there is also an option of 1.2kg Tomahawk Steak or 1kg T-bone Steak.

After asking for some recommendations, we decide to order 11oz Black Angus Hanger Steak with Fries ($198) and 11oz Iberico Pork Rack with Garlic Mash, Roasted Broccoli, and Red Wine Jus ($238). The beef is tender and juicy, grilled to perfect medium level, with Italian Salsa Verde to go along. The fries are also prepared on order. A pleasant surprise in terms of its quality, and good value for money.

The pork has a bit of pink, with the meat still juicy and not dry, while the surface has been grilled nicely to give a bit of char and flavors. With the red wine jus, the pork rack has the right seasonings, but the mashed potatoes are not silky enough in texture. The side dish of broccoli is decent, with the sesame adding an extra layer of aromas.

Service is commendable, with the staff attentive and friendly. Together with a lime soda ($42) and two glasses of Goose Island IPA Draught ($156), the total bill on the night is $694. Considering the quality of the steak and the overall experience, a good value for money place for a simple steak and fries meal.
