今日返工忙到一個點!!!!完左公司活動就即刻孖住同事黎開餐醫肚我地見到呢間『客棧』既裝修幾有誠意加上價錢貼地係平民價,所以都無乜考慮就決定入去試下呢度雖然有提供價錢更實惠既二人餐,不過我好快就俾單點餐牌既 糖醋魚$98吸引住所以我地都係決定散點自己既心水菜式我地都係內臟控,所以先點左兩款『腸』分別係 豉油皇鵝腸$88同酸菜豬腸7$8兩款都夠晒鑊氣,個酸菜仲好夠酸,不論係送飯、送酒定送汽水都一流!!而我最期待既糖醋魚$98都絕對無令我失望整條肉質嫩滑既黃花魚炸至外層酥脆而魚肉不乾配上酸甜帶有微微椒辣既糖醋醬汁更覺醒胃碟碟都咁開胃惹味,點會忍得口唔同『店小二』點返碗『靚仔』先得

好耐無同朋友堂食啦,酸菜魚應該有1年無食過,今次約埋朋友一齊食,間食店啲座位距離唔算好近,中式裝修,最正係我哋食果陣無其他人(感覺安心啲),最後點咗酸菜魚,雜錦香鍋,貢菜皮蛋,年藕餅。由於我哋驚太辣,所以全部都揀小辣。酸菜魚用鱸魚做,肉幾紮實,唔會一夾就散,而且由於小辣關係,所以只有好輕味嘅辣,唔食辣嘅人都應該食到,但嫌佢唔夠酸,反而個湯酸同辣啲,寬粉勁吸湯,好食雜錦香鍋都係小辣,辣度仲少過酸菜魚,但幾香口,個鍋有雞,午餐肉,魷魚,蝦,年藕,薯仔,椰菜花,總之乜都有啲,味道Ok。貢菜皮蛋,哩道菜幾的別,係用湖南雞蛋,而唔係用鴨蛋,食落有種咸香味,無黑色皮蛋果種咸水味,比較易入口,但會愈食愈咸,所以同貢菜一齊食會比較好,感覺清新啲。家鄉藕餅配甜酸醬,我本身勁鍾意食年藕,所以最鍾意哩道菜,藕餅比平時食果啲薄,而且味道剛剛好,唔會過咸,食落有年藕粒,不過如果煎得再脆啲就更好。整體食物質素唔錯,而且價錢唔貴,唔知係咪長沙灣區關係,價錢比我喺其他區食嘅便宜。

貢菜皮蛋,哩道菜幾的別,係用湖南雞蛋,而唔係用鴨蛋,食落有種咸香味,無黑色皮蛋果種咸水味,比較易入口,但會愈食愈咸,所以同貢菜一齊食會比較好,感覺清新啲。
