農村回鍋肉 $78


朋友一直都好想食回鍋肉,今次可以滿足下佢既願望。回鍋肉一上枱就已經香氣撲鼻,材料簡單得黎又好豐富。半肥瘦肉加上洋蔥、京蔥、青椒等等,爆炒之後香氣濃郁。


味道方面十分惹味,好中意佢彈牙嘅豬皮同埋爽口嘅配菜,帶一點微辣,肥而不膩。

貢菜皮蛋 $58


第一次食貢菜,原來同一般嘅菜好唔同。貢菜色澤鮮綠、質地爽口、味道有啲似海蜇,大家都話貢菜嘅食用價值好高。


呢道貢菜皮蛋有別於平時食開嘅皮蛋,佢外表呈淺啡色,入面嘅蛋黃半熟帶點流心,蛋黃味道濃郁,冇乜平時皮蛋個種苦澀味,作為涼拌小菜真係好唔錯。


我地另外再加左兩個白飯(每個$12),愈食愈有住家飯嘅感覺。每道菜嘅分量都好足,兩個人點兩、三道菜已經好飽👍🏻我地邊食邊飲茶,可消除油膩感,抖抖又可以繼續食多啲🤪


間餐廳每道餸都有佢既特色,環境都唔錯~雖然係第一次黎,但我地都食得津津有味。下次要再帶其他朋友黎試下川菜既獨特風味☺️

係ig見到,睇評價都唔錯...所以就想去試下服務就不予置評....明明都係book位問員工可唔可以換張台回覆:「問下老闆先,之後話唔可以」其實都唔咩所謂,唔得調都算(見到隔離張台無人,所以問下可唔可以調。同樣都係book位....)老闆仲要行過黎講「無得調,唔想食可以走,今晚book位full嗮....」聽完呢句,就算食物幾好食...都覺得唔值得...咁嘅態度差評就食物而言,份量很足、味道不錯,特別推薦涼拌萵筍,整體都不過不失,失望在於服務態度。

想不到一間位於長沙灣的小店很有中國風,地方不大,但裝修很有特色。菜單的封面就已經叫人聯想到古風的圓窗燈飾很有走馬燈的風味就連水杯都像大缸一樣,甚有玩味。食物的水準當然也很不錯。前菜的涼伴萵荀雖然有不少蒜頭,但完全沒有掩蓋萵荀的清甜。這樣絕對能成為最佳的前菜,因為可以叫人清清口腔,準備迎接將要來的精采食物。蒜泥白肉算是北方菜頗受喜迎的菜色之一,因為它有刺激的麻辣,也有清淡的青瓜,配上夾口的半肥瘦豬肉,甚有特色,也是一味很好的開胃菜。前菜過後,當然就是主菜了。紅燒肉味道甜美,腩肉肥而不膩,肉質爽口不黐牙,很易入口。水煮魚當然是川菜的主角,麻麻的辣味叫人又愛又恨,愛的是味蕾的刺激要人大叫爽,恨的就是吃後必定要加倍喝水,更會時常汗流滿面。不過當是排毒也不錯!寶物尋歸底,最後來的涼瓜牛肉很有驚喜。涼瓜不苦不是重點,牛肉的嫩滑是意想不到的,而且很有牛肉味,真是很好的結尾菜。

壓尾來一碟金沙肉碎炒飯 ($58),無諗過個炒飯竟然會喺咁大碟,足足有成四五碗,以咁嘅價錢真係超值。白飯加入了咸蛋黃和肉碎同炒,賣相幾靚仔,炒至色澤金黃,粒粒分明有嚼勁,入口鹹鮮味美,食完真係好滿足。
