做完gym經過想入去買杯咖啡,店員態度極度惡劣臭串,唔知仲以為我去乞。入門口嘅時候已經有一個客人喺度。店員見到有人排隊,亦都冇快啲收錢,繼續喺度同嗰個客施施然傾偈。今日放假,我哋唔趕時間所以唔介意等一陣。排到我嘅時候,店員黑住面問我要咩豆,我問佢有咩豆,佢指左下牆上面嘅Menu,示意我自己睇。牆上面嘅Menu又遠啲字又細(font 5?), 我做完gym冇戴眼鏡睇唔到。同店員講我冇戴眼鏡,佢直接一句得過嚟,”咁我幫你唔到”。我唔明簡單介紹吓咖啡豆有咩選擇有幾難。咖啡好唔好飲?我唔知,不過我知上環好多好好嘅選擇。既然使錢就唔應該要受氣,唔知仲以為我爭佢1000幾百萬。咖啡好飲沖得好飲嘅人起碼要鍾意咖啡。如果你鍾意咖啡,尤其是開咖啡店,應該係唔會介意同人分享咖啡心得,但係店員好似根本唔憂做。心情好入到去呢間舖頭,店員嘅惡劣態度都會令你心情立即變差,好耐冇遇過一啲咁冇禮貌咁唔識尊重人嘅人,係咪以為自己嘅咖啡係鑲金嘅?呢間嘢一定唔會再去。 continue reading

一家走过路过容易错过、差点被耽误的手冲王者店!主打还是卖豆子,但也能喝咖啡,意式和手冲种类一个都不少,还有和本土品牌合作的甜点。·别看店小到转个身都难,但摆满好几个架子的手冲豆看得人眼花缭乱,意式也能一口气拿出5支豆子。从本地到国际知名roaster都有,整个香港都很难找到手冲选择这么丰富的店!·老板态度好,对咖啡更是严谨,冲煮前测水温的细节在追求效率的HK并不多见,还很正经地给我“汇报”水粉比、四段每段冲多少毫升等等参数。·选了一支哥伦比亚Sudan Rume,曾拿过WBC冠军的小众豆种,因为产量低,所以在咖啡馆很难喝到,我这杯也是MAME的月度限定款。记得结账时老板说:MAME must be expensive.·豆子能打roaster能打,冲煮也很老道,是我愿意为之破费的好喝。混合水洗处理的浅烘,分两阶段发酵,再机器干燥,既烘托出干净圆润的口感,还兼具饱满低酸的明亮风味。·喝起来能感觉出一点轻微厌氧,更多是沁人心脾的香草豆蔻,悠长地环抱着整个口腔。回味一丝朗姆酒般的甜感,超级爱! continue reading

Came for the cakes hut impressed by the coffeeLatte好飲!!!🌟Struggle 左好耐試朱古力定咖啡好彩揀左latte!🤩🤩感覺係第一次明好飲嘅咖啡(唔係講緊飲品嗰種🙈)第一啖都覺得有啲酸好快就會散左,spices 會出黎之後就係white 嘅咖啡 x 奶香Nutty/ earthy 係後段出返黎層foam 勁細滑!!!🤩啱啱沖起第一啖最好飲😋仲會定期轉豆Cakes from @atma_bakery 南瓜批南瓜味淨係帶來淡淡嘅清甜,唔算好重加上肉桂超出,成個感覺同蘋果批好似🤣批皮麵粉味有啲太重,個人唔係好鐘意炸雞甜酸醬芝士蛋糕🌟🌟好神奇🤩第一啖係甜酸醬嘅味道之後好重芝士嘅咸香最後辣味就會出黎Cheesecake 好creamy 入口即溶🤩上面仲有一舊炸雞🤣(雖然就唔脆架喇,同埋凍嘅炸雞我真係唔係好識欣賞😢)好有驚喜🤩🤩但真心都唔算平因為都比較細件🙈 continue reading
