期待已久的皺皮腸粉,豉油用保溫壺裝,食了一啖,覺得這個腸粉同其他粥店的腸粉唔同,感覺這個味道很淡很淡,沒有腸粉的味道,當加了豉油,可能豉油沒有鮮味,也帶不出腸粉的味道,整體來說,試一次就夠了,想食腸粉節話,去普通粥店過過口癮就夠了。
順帶一提,因為佢地用外賣盒裝腸粉,所以就算堂食也要收取外賣盒錢呢⋯⋯

閒日朝早經過終於少啲人排隊就一於試下啦。等咗十五分鐘先入座。知道腸粉要等得耐,又好肚餓,所以同朋友先叫咗一碗細菜乾粥同一碗細河粉。👉🏼河粉就不過不失,正常味道。👉🏼菜乾粥就好有驚喜!!!因為一心係想試腸粉,但碗粥食落好甜,唔似出面一味得味精嘅鹹味,我個人真係好鐘意個粥🤣😋😋👉🏼食完粥同粉,腸粉就到喇。我哋叫咗蝦米腸,熱辣辣又滑好快就清晒啦!雖然我哋粥同粉都叫咗細碗,但分量都唔少,價錢又唔貴,好抵食!有時間都會再嚟幫襯!

手刮方式做腸粉,質感可用乾脆俐落不帶黏軟,可吃到米香味,饀料可以,可算不錯,而䤾料種類有六七項可算多,另外又有砵仔糕賣,應該都是用石磨做成的,今次因吃不下,下次要試,還有其他粥粉麵食,而營業時間由早上六時至下午五時,早上可做完運动過來吃早點,因晏了,就要等太長時閒,今次我中午去,門前只得四五個人,我也用上四十五分鐘的等候時間,有點長。但記得以前我吃過同類的刮腸,質,爽滑帶小黏軟用上碎豬肉饀,弄好后要等壹两分鐘令熱力散散,沒有那麼黏口。這小馆還要努力。

從小在太和長大,嫁左去將軍澳好小再踏足大埔,網上見到太和開左間腸粉店,係我最最最鍾意吃的皺皮腸粉,香港好小地方有,一般商場酒樓的都是厚厚的皮,所以同老公專門開車從將軍澳出太和吃腸粉。叫了肉碎腸粉+雞蛋,製作需時,我老公留意到老闆娘是一盤一盤地放入爐篜,叫一碟腸粉要篜2盤,咁的價錢吃咁大碟出面好難搵到。果然慢工出細貨,等待是值得,因為真係好薄好好吃,而且佢d豉油特別香,因為自己煮過。所以真係真係無介紹錯!我地仲叫左豆漿,是黑豆豆漿,好香好豆味,同出面就算茶餐廳或街市比較,呢間一定是真材實料無加太多其他野,好滿意!而且我地吃緊時聽到老闆娘同客人聊天,聽得出佢人真係好nice!小店座位極小,好多人外賣,門口好多人等位和等外賣,希望你們越做越好,篜快d,真心好吃!

終於食到超正腸粉😋之前行過超多人排隊,今日見條龍冇咁長即刻去買,原來發哥都來幫襯過,食左蜜汁叉燒腸同香菇甘荀腸都好好味腸粉好滑 腸粉製作需時,所以要預早D去等不過好食嘅嘢真係值得等

運作一團糟,以致食客等候時間長。有位冇人坐,坐底冇人落單,order先後次序混亂,以致客人埋怨,員工不熟悉運作(如食品價錢,物品擺放位置),導致老闆娘要經常插手,未能專心及有效製作腸粉。腸粉製作需時(約10分鐘),落柯打後等了40分鐘,連同等位,等了個半鐘,人潮過後回頭客會有幾多?建議做好分工,擬訂每個員工負責範圍,如一人負責派籌,帶位,落單,樓面,另外負責製作粉面,幫廚。店少人多手腳亂,有效管理加上美味出品,回頭客自然多,希望小店長做長有。
