Tried the mocha here lately ... Not bad! The latte art was pretty and I loved how rich the coffee was! It gave a really creamy texture while the chocolate flavor was palatable! Nice!

As a coffee lover, I need a latte every morning to start the day.Fuel is definitely my favourite place in town for this.The latte was smooth and with the right balance of milk and coffee.  It's just perfect!I do believe that a cup of good coffee will lead to a good day ahead

這裡的咖啡算是城中數一數二好喝的，不酸不苦，咖啡香味濃。今天剛剛在樓上zuma吃完brunch，飮完free-flow champagne sake最好下來清醒一下。這𥚃的坐位較IFC的Fuel多，較容易有位，環境亦較靜較適合傾偈。

Skim milk flat white and Banana cake，$78，敗家之選。（笑）咖啡好喝與否，是主觀的。所以，在這裡很難作一個客觀的評論。但Fuel的咖啡是比較濃，提神的效用比其他連鎖咖啡店的咖啡好。至於香蕉蛋糕，很足料！單說重量，這件蛋糕很墜手，相當飽肚！蛋糕香蕉味很濃，甚至能吃到香蕉，而且質感濕潤，算是高水準之作。說到底，它可是賣三十多元一件呢！

忙中有錯想繼續鬆餅之旅但……當日第四份係香橙蛋糕 $35因為加左橙皮，所以苦澀味平衡番蛋糕同icing既甜味不過略嫌粗身，如果橙皮係幼細d更易入口蛋糕牛油味唔濃，但幾清新

自己並不是很喜歡喝咖啡，也沒有每日一杯的習慣。只是間唔中飲下。真係估唔到咁耐無嚟FUEL ESPRESSO 飲咖啡，價錢己加到咁貴~一杯LATTE 差唔多成HKD50 !!! 咖啡味度不錯，感覺上同我以前的差唔多，勝在有咖啡味。奶泡打得很順滑和細密，跟其他大型連鎖店的很不同。雖然面頭沒有各式各樣的拉花圖案，只有簡單的圓型條紋，但也無關係了，只要杯咖啡OK就得。不過這個價錢就真係...特別係佢的分量只有6oz。現在要在港島區飲一杯咖啡，就快連中產都負擔唔起...

I've been going to Fuel landmark and IFC Mall almost daily since they opened but one unpleasant service experience means that I'm unlikely to go again. 又一次證明,先睹為快的「好處」。話說早早若干月前,看到這裡的brownie, 立心要吃。諗住咁近,而且brownie屬咖啡店,基本甜點,便一拖再拖, 到今日真的去買喇, 誰知店方說, 不再出了, 現改為朱古力蛋糕。太揼心了!不再.....不再.....唯有退而求其次.....$50孤注一擲買下當晏畫。Sponge cake有點粉口,不夠鬆軟滑,但中間那朕軟朱古力,rich得觸動神經!! 因帶少少酸,可可味應達90%!好吃度彌補到sponge cake的不足。如給我選擇, 我絕對喜歡這種home made cake 感覺的蛋糕, 多於美輪美奐賣相的luxury cake喇 (feul這件價錢是貴,但不”luxury”呀)吃罷,飽飽,亦是支撐著下午工作的精神呢!好味...回味!

The coffee is quite good for HK...BUT...1) the service 2) they will confiscate any outside drink ypu or your friend might be holding, as you walk in, EVEN after you've forked out close to HK100 to buy one of their ok coffees and a so so cookie or brownie. Fuel Espresso， 一個改得非常好的名字，意即比喻咖啡有如燃料一樣，為飲家注入動力；但原來燃料，也可以生火的！大家可能看到這一幅手振振，整個右邊就是一面金屬牆的店面照片，為何要放如此質素的照片？為何我說燃料可以生火？就正正是因為此店的一位店員。也是慣常的先拍拍店面，這店是在Landmark的地庫之內，沒有佔特定的位置，而只是在公眾地方設有一些座位，滿以為拍個照也沒問題，畢竟都是置地內的公眾地方，但突然一位金髮女店員說不准拍照，也好！不拍店面就坐低喝杯咖啡就走。怎知道她從後迎上，說要檢查我的相機，心想：「妳是有沒有病呢？妳何來的權利要去檢查我的東西？」但不知何來的力量，本人就是想向她說根本拍不到照，本人在此也聲明，在那一刻，本人真的沒有拍過任何照片，當中沒有使詐，給她看了對上的一幅照片，是在上一餐飯所吃的一碟油菜，之後她很悔氣的氣沖沖走了，現在算是什麼態度？如果這是一個明文的規矩，我可以接受，但最大的問題是其態度，說真的，就算是真的拍了，我覺得最多妳可以要求我刪除那些照片，而不是要檢查人家拍過什麼！讓我告訴妳！就算是警察，如果沒有合理的懷疑本人拍的照片對任何人構成侵害，基本上警

今日一到中環就想飲咖啡，難得Fuel開左咁耐都未試過又係Landmark咁就腳，就Try下啦!環境OK既, 但只得少量Bar台凳，睇來主打做Take Away不要緊，本小姐剛好無暇坐低慢慢飲拎走一樣飲得自在Small Cappuccino, 大約8oz,竟索價$40!!!!!好多地方$40連大杯16oz都買得到雖則有名氣又係Landmark但都太Over Priced了!!可惜, 都係雷聲大雨點小Barista位好Open, 剛好可睇到Barista的功架打奶聲音順耳, 而且用PURA奶, 心有期待後來打奶聲超過十秒有多, 心感不妙然後見到Barista用鐵匙"撇"左Steamed Milk面的粗泡倒奶時又用鐵匙隔住D Milk Foam等D Steamed Milk先倒差不多滿先用鐵匙推D泡落去堂堂一間有名氣的Cafe竟然如此無Skills, 真係好失望！而且睇Barista的手勢應該唔係新手Or Traniee, 唉再評咖啡本身一拎上手, 好熱!! 幾乎辣咀明顯D 奶己經Over Heated就算用PURA奶都無用而且咖啡味淡，唔苦唔酸,大部份咖啡特質都飲唔出Sorry, 以後唔會

今日跟幾位朋友到置地Fuel閒坐，一間用心製作各式咖啡的店子，雖只有數款蛋糕選擇，但一款 Carrot Cake，實可作推介之選。另一推介 Fuel coco 96, 面層的朱古力奶泡已令人一試難忘，值得推介予朱古力愛好者一試。服務又好，又細心，與三五知己休閒閑坐，無拘無束，值得推介的小店。
