After a day of doing some street photography around Admirality, I stopped off at Fuel Expresso for a break.

Located in the basement of Landmark, is Fuel Expresso. Famous for having the best expresso in town. I tried the one in IFC and it was ok but I didn't like going there much as it's very noisy and crowded. This location is a lot more quiet as more people would rather choose to go to Simply Life around the corner.

I noticed they had a new item on their menu since I visited them last time. A minimo caffe latte. The barista informed me that it was served in a shot glass and was more strong than the usal caffe latte. Decided to give it a try. I also ordered a banana cake.

Banana cake was pretty good. Super moist and strong banana flavor. It wasn't overly sweet as well. A decent banana cake.

My minimo caffe latte came after a while and was brought to my table. It was served in a shot glass and a pretty good temperature. The amount of milk was pretty thick and was incredibly smooth. The caffe latte was not as strong as I was told. It was actually a bit weak. However, it wasn't bitter. It was ok.

I usually do return but I don't think I'd order the minimo caffe latte again as it wasn't very strong. It was just a very average coffee.
