To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期日中學同學相聚。最後決定相約美孚富臨皇宮。星期日晚上 六時30分到達上址。上到美孚富臨皇宮二楼， 二樓大棠晚飯廳所見入坐晚飯已開始有八成人客入座食飯場面氣氛好熱鬧。 好多枱人客食緊羊腩煲及潮汕牛肉火鍋。之後經店長介紹長腳蟹超值抵食。 最後大家投票決定食阿拉斯加長腳蟹要兩食。花雕蛋白蒸蟹酒油鹽焗蟹身 20分鐘後上檯。嘩 所見廚師 產品製作一流超靚 。花雕蛋白蒸蟹腳食落清甜爽滑。油鹽焗蟹身香噴噴 。所見廚師製作超認真。$1680蚊一隻蟹兩食超值。

今晚8:00 到屋企附近富臨食飯，仲係帶著小朋友，叫寫嘢我話要一條魚，樓面好不耐煩咁話：咪喺度囉。跟住我同佢講麻煩你換一個同事過嚟幫我寫嘢，因為我唔想嘈交，跟住佢就問我話條魚囉我重複咗一次麻煩你叫另外一位同事過嚟幫手。之後佢行開咗之後7分鐘過去都冇人過嚟寫嘢仲要係我行去之後到投訴叫埋經理過嚟，但係嗰陣時已經冇晒心情繼續食飯。經理有道歉，話依家可以繼續寫嘢。真係唔好意思我哋唔會再幫襯！ 雖然佢哋都唔會稀罕我哋啲街坊去幫襯。 都唔好話樓面還樓面咁即係管理問題囉 。 員工做嘢唔開心發晦氣喺個客心上面真係好drama
