疫情下都很久沒去飲茶了,行經美孚,爸爸想去飲茶,就與父母去了富臨。沒有電梯,要行一層樓梯對老人家而言不是太方便。沒有帶位員,眼見有不少吉檯我哋就自己找位坐。點心紙有很多款,眼花撩亂。後來發現更可以手機落單,更加方便快捷,對點心價錢更是一目了然。爸爸點了狀元及弟粥,$32元左右,竟然超級大碗,非常足料,有豬肝,豬心,豬肚,豬腸等配料,3個人吃都每人分了幾碗,非常誇張。黯然銷魂飯(叉燒蛋飯)亦是大大碟,叉燒不是太肥但一點都不硬,完全對得起$30多元這個價錢。然後點了幾款點心,鴨腳札,棉花雞,鯪魚球,鳳爪,南乳豬手,還有叉燒腸粉,全部都份量十足,味道也很不錯,值得再幫襯。

Brought family to celebrate birthday at Fulum restaurant. This time we tried their seafood dishes, i picked steam gallic son, steam Red king crab and Fu jian fried rice. Personally i think the dinner comes with very good price. it's just below 500 when  we pick these 3 dishes. The seafood is very fresh, tasty and tender. The son is big and meaty. For the red king crab, they serve in full body and you can slowly taste it bit by bit. The fu jian fried rice is a mixture of vegetable, port , little prawn with rice. It's not oily and the portion is good for 4-5 person.
The dishes are surprisingly remarkable, and i will definitely visit this restaurant again.

有旅發局券,同家人搭地鐵到這間試下午茶。用QRcode 入單,在等落單點心,突然有一車點心現金價$10,應該午市賣剩,取了兩碟蝦蛟,只有微暖。落單點心到,孖寶牛肉腸的皮和蝦球伊麵$18.8的麵比較粗。楊洲炒飯$42份量和賣相ok,幾油吓。裝修多年keep到幾靚,員工態度麻麻,未夠4pm問都未問取走碗碟。唔會有下次。

遇著個態度惡劣侍應,失望又勞氣到極的晚飯😠😠😠為慶祝父親節,提前跟2老星期四16號晚食飯。一去2老已經話人手唔夠。我後來先明白發生咩事。我們是坐大門上去最左手邊的幾枱。個阿姐侍應攞碗碟來唔係放低,係一野bring一聲擺低,我都已感覺到佢氣勢。落單一路都係黑口黑面,完全無推介。我哋4個人都算叫貴價餸,一叫5味餸都成千蚊,唔知點解要受呢種服務。全程無幫我哋換過碟,或refill茶水,明明打開晒個茶蓋。仲要衰到上冬瓜盅時,唔望下張枱(已唔係第一次),一野掉落來,個蓋跌落我杯茶度倒瀉晒落枱,我仲有2部電話擺係附近,好彩無整濕!!🙈當時我叫咗一聲,佢先轉頭望,但無講過一聲唔好意思,又無攞布來幫忙,走咗去當無事。呢啲唔知咩服務態度? 基本野都唔識做!連傳菜阿姐都會笑一笑,有禮貌咁make sure夠位先放下餸菜。之後叫咗碗飯完全無落單,半個鐘都未有!要追先知漏單!😠😠😠最令我跟屋企人氣憤係佢由頭到尾未幫過我哋執野,但經常聽到佢執啲碗碟時勁大聲掉碗👿👿👿 發晒脾氣咁不斷製造噪音,我同屋企人一路都好受影響!!最後一碟蟹上枱,我真係受不了,我想好好去享受一個餸。點知佢又來又係咁嘈住晒😠😠 我忍唔住就去

仲要衰到上冬瓜盅時,唔望下張枱(已唔係第一次),一野掉落來,個蓋跌落我杯茶度倒瀉晒落枱,我仲有2部電話擺係附近,好彩無整濕!!🙈當時我叫咗一聲,佢先轉頭望,但無講過一聲唔好意思,又無攞布來幫忙,走咗去當無事。呢啲唔知咩服務態度? 基本野都唔識做!連傳菜阿姐都會笑一笑,有禮貌咁make sure夠位先放下餸菜。之後叫咗碗飯完全無落單,半個鐘都未有!要追先知漏單!😠😠😠

最令我跟屋企人氣憤係佢由頭到尾未幫過我哋執野,但經常聽到佢執啲碗碟時勁大聲掉碗👿👿👿 發晒脾氣咁不斷製造噪音,我同屋企人一路都好受影響!!最後一碟蟹上枱,我真係受不了,我想好好去享受一個餸。點知佢又來又係咁嘈住晒😠😠 我忍唔住就去叫佢可唔可以唔好咁大力咁樣掉啲碗碟!? 跟住真係正常翻晒(即係佢係可以控制到囉!)全晚啲老人家都好唔開心,原先我哋仲想叫多1至2個餸,但見到佢就唔想叫囉! 我亦都覺得唔好意思,搵咗間咁的酒樓

管理層其實都睇下啲員工有咩問題。依家請人唔係難啩!? 完全無服務唔稱職,咁對待客人,係一邊發脾氣影響米飯班主!So crazy

食物幾好都唔會再去! 背脊骨落! 啲平價茶餐廳員工都唔會咁!我未試過咁差的對待,已經唔係人手的問題。態度奇差

年廿九無得六點後堂食,唯有在家食,見到$503有乳豬&走地雞一隻,即刻在富臨網上訂了,預設了六點取。六點去到富臨,見到已經有條長龍在等拿外賣,原來仲要攞飛等,以為等一陣就有,等左一個多鐘,有個人問我 “再等兩個鐘先有,你仲等唔等?如果唔等可以退款!”…… 當時都已經七點幾,等兩個鐘食消夜呀!退款後就馬上去附近的太興買一隻雞+燒肉,好彩仲有,以後唔會再去富臨,實在太差了!

這個拿到的時候是冷的,要回到家後再加熱一下的。這個雖然是例牌,但份量還是不錯的,而且羊腩都煮得非常入味,而且非常軟,吃起來味道非常不錯,鹹香鹹香的,還配有腐乳,但我覺得味道已經足夠了,就沒用!

金銀蒜蒸龍躉件
這個應該是即叫即蒜的吧,剛拿到的時候還是很熱的,滿滿一大盤,金銀蒜的味道非常香,還配有木耳打底,龍躉片的份量也不少,吃起來肉質爽滑,特別是帶皮的部位,完成沒腥味或泥味,且蒜香味十足,愛吃魚的人真的可以吃吃看!

本來一家人出去食飯做節,但因疫情關係禁了晚市堂食,六個人又唔想煮,想外賣又熱辣辣,即刻諗起食盆菜,所以去了 網上訂了一個4人份量的盆菜,還送了一份糯米飯,都是$393,十分抵食。鮑魚花膠珍味盆盆菜用料豐富,有鮑魚、花膠、冬菇、蝦、雞及燒肉等,下面用了蘿蔔等墊底,鮑魚及花膠炆得入味,花膠入口還帶點爽,冬菇炆得很腍。食得七七八八,還可以自己加湯碌菜及牛肉等,一個盆菜又可以當打邊爐。糯米飯糯米飯煙煙韌韌,十分爽口,裏面的臘味香味十足。
