To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再黎大閘蟹放題😍😍到左大閘蟹季節，食左一次就唔好俾佢停。最近試左呢間鄰近天水圍西鐵站天盛商場的富臨皇宮餐廳，呢間餐廳以粵菜和火鍋為主打，今次就試佢地既大閘蟹放題，放題仲包埋片皮鴨😆!!大閘蟹放題包括清蒸、花雕和鹽焗，每一種都能帶出大閘蟹的鮮甜美味👍🏻，其中特別推薦鹽焗，惹味到啲殼都舔埋😋，而且隻隻蟹膏金黃飽滿。除了大閘蟹，仲有片皮鴨。鴨皮脆口，配上京蔥和甜麵醬，味道一流。前菜方面，餐廳提供了多款選擇，除左鮑魚同燕窩，仲有醃蘿蔔、手拍青瓜、雲耳、豬手和欖角骨。每一道前菜都份量十足，絕對可以滿足！最值得一提既係呢到既服務態度。服務員個個都好nice，又會同你吹下水🤣總結來說，富臨皇宮的大閘蟹放題及片皮鴨不單止味道出色，服務態度都令人賓至如歸。如果你享受一頓任食大閘蟹，不妨一試呢間🤩

管理差，服務差，食物差，價錢不公道，連一粒星都不值的酒樓。尤其是那位男營業經理服務態度惡劣，問他是否有圓枱和椅子，他竟然說：點解我要俾你？仲話：唔中意就唔好幫襯！我話你咁係咩態度，他就恐嚇我說：我仲識打人！嚇到我小朋友喊，我話：我有小朋友你都咁嘅態度有冇搞錯？佢大聲鬧：有細路大晒呀！我只好帶着小朋友離開，以免有生命危險。他作為一位營業經理都是如此態度，怪不得整間酒樓的員工都黑口黑面，服務冷淡，十問九唔應，有如此管理層得出如此員工。另外酒樓價錢標示不清晰，附加費的字眼十分細小，似有誤導之嫌，食品與價錢不成正比。大家想光顧要小心！
