下班老闆叫餓。。唉我好飽。。不過也要陪食走過隔壁街食串燒好了就算老闆瘋狂地點也應該不會太多還點了支酒出羽櫻純米其實本來是想點百十郎的不過沒貨但沒差啊這裡的酒種一向都不錯的是純米卻帶有吟釀的甘香口感沒很滑卻是清爽微乾先出場的是餃子有五隻(有五隻有五隻有五隻。。好飽)一人一半KO了皮有點硬內涵好燙放了一陣子才食得下果然是新鮮即做的再等了等酒差不多喝一半時串燒登場由左至右分別為:豚肉五花腩燒煙肉茄蕃仔燒雞柳燒雞肝免治雞肉串反胃反肚反白眼由於處於一個好飽的狀況食濃肉也沒有了味道印象中這家店確實不錯的已被KO今天要等消化好才能去睡了。。。謝謝老闆的熱情招待很久不見了

再配以醬同少許辣粉作調味
味道好味

另外我都推介嘅係串燒煙肉荔枝卷
荔枝嘅清甜味可以中和煙肉嘅膩
兩者味道又幾夾

飲品我點左柚子蜜梳打
好大杯之餘 仲有充足柚子蜜
令到啖啖梳打都有柚子蜜
唔會淨飲汽嘅感覺

路經些地,9:30還未吃飯,見到有最愛的串燒,便走進去試一試,可惜,伏了。點了不少東西,路筍,豚肉寸,燒蠔等。先是味道差,有的無味,有的極鹹,也有的極油。食材也不新鮮,肯定是雪藏貨吧。上枱時,食物熱度不夠,而且價錢櫃,室外環境亦一般,很久才有侍應出來。沒誠意食店,吃一次便夠。

This restaurant became one of my regular routine, ever since i have tried this place.

Well tbh I think this place is quite expensive, but still i go there whenever I want to have

They have the 1+1 asahi beer promotion on monday!!

So when you go on monday, it feels like I am eating good food with reasonable price.

Since i ate a lot of yakitori there, and never tried the dishes ( and also did not have dinner
that day) 

So this day ordered tofu dishes and eggplants.

And it was all surprisingly delicious.

I always had experiences of eating bad dishes in yakitori specialized restaurants, but this

place was quite different.

I espcially Liked the Eggplant, because the sauce inside was not strong like those chinese one(allthough I love to eat those powder so much) and still has deep flavour.

It had buttery flavour as well somehow like butter popcorn and was really delicouse

Relatively speaking the Ramen was rather ordinary but it was okay.

The soft tofu with soysaucesoup was tasty with soft as icecream inside, quite crispy outside.

I think this place has nice atmosphere as inside wall is full with pictures of lovers kissing (as they have some sort of promotion if they kiss long
)

In conclusion awsome place to date or chill with your old friends!

It will be remembered as my monday routin in Hong KOng

Other Info. : GO IN MONDAY. I think its quite reasonable price if you are a beer lover on monday(I think its not cheap if you go other days) .

是夜和男友晚飯,走到尖沙咀,他說要吃這家乾杯,於是便坐在室外。其他的食物質素一般,不多說,只想說一說這乾杯海鮮燒茄子,先並不是原條燒,好像是炒出來的。 其實只想吃燒茄子,但是這茄子真的油到不能接受。 每吃一啖也是油,全碟也是油。。。連男友也吃不下。一定不會再來。

聽同事提過這間串燒店很多次,今晚終於有機會一試~ 乾杯是一家台灣串燒居酒屋,位於尖沙咀漆咸南道,polyu附近,地理位置尚算方便~ 座位不是很多,有indoor和outdoor選擇,只是outdoor位於大廈後巷,時不時都有點坑渠惡臭味,影響食慾....店內氣氛輕鬆愉快,倒是很適合三五知己來把酒談心~這裡久不久都會搞些gimmick,例如Asahi贈送優惠,逢星期一買一送一,星期二買二送一,如此類推,一來可分散weekend的客人,二來又可為weekday帶來更多生意,絕!!!👍 另外還有如情侶互咀維持十秒便送上sake一瓶,客人在十分鐘內喝完(男士3公升,女士2.5公升)的指定啤酒,就可獲兩位全晚費用全免,這不太吸引,畢竟是3公升啤酒,個人覺得如果全枱免費會更吸引哈哈😆這晚一行六人十點後來宵夜,weekend的關係,人很多,被安排坐outdoor....串燒選擇很多很多,幾乎是什麼也有得燒就對了,價格不便宜,平均$30-$50一串,質素ok的,可能期望太高,沒有想像中好....但勝在選擇夠多~我們因為人多,可試的種類自然也多,什麼燒魷魚筒,燒牛舌,燒粟米,燒雞腎呀等等,味道正正常常啦

而這裡也有一些比較出色的燒物,燒吉列蠔,燒芝士日本甜薯,燒安格斯牛柳粒,雞泡魚乾,還有燒菠蘿等等,都做得很出色很好味,有些燒物更是一般串燒店少見的~
