行行吓街發掘到尖沙咀一間沾麵,竟然又覺得幾好食,呢間沾麵嘅湯可以再加,我係食拉麵一定每淡都要有湯嘅人,唔使驚慳住啲湯嚟食,每次加湯個湯都係熱鬼,我同朋友每人都加咗一轉,沾麵個面幾有咬口,煙韌度啱啱好,而且我哋總加咗海膽,我自己叫咗個芝士海膽,鍾意食芝士嘅人可以試吓,但係我覺得個芝士有少少滯,但整體都覺得好好,而且餐廳會有包紙巾,有我鍾意嘅達摩公仔,價錢合理,人均大約$100-$120左右,質素都OK

星期六lunch時間經過呢間元祖沾麪 見好耐無食而且門口有banner寫有午餐五十幾六十蚊一個飯/麫幾抵食就入去坐低 點知到叫果陣就話午餐要星期一至五先有 咁照叫左個叉燒豚肉沾麫93蚊 睇埋原來杯綠茶要收5蚊茶錢仲要加一坦白講個沾麪味道唔算差但偏咸 得兩片叉燒仲硬過酒樓叉燒包既叉燒 半熟蛋煮到近乎全熟 麫份量算多夠飽肚 呢間野真係無下次坦白講賣呢個價錢真係比唔番個質素 如果要食沾麫真係去灣仔台風R高質好多 完全唔同等級

坦白講個沾麪味道唔算差但偏咸 得兩片叉燒仲硬過酒樓叉燒包既叉燒 半熟蛋煮到近乎全熟 麫份量算多夠飽肚 呢間野真係無下次


坦白講賣呢個價錢真係比唔番個質素 如果要食沾麫真係去灣仔台風R高質好多 完全唔同等級
