送別同事最後一程,就同其他同事食埋餐飯先至返屋企。心血來潮想食潮州嘢,咁就近近地試吓呢一間。老舖裝修過,缺乏咗一種懷舊嘅感覺,但係味道係屬於舊派嘅感覺。鹵拼唔可以彈性配搭,要跟餐牌一式一樣,呢度有少少失望。根本就係要獨立嗌一碟鵝件或者鵝片。既然佢要分開嗌當然唔嗌我片,一般嚟講齋鵝片嗰份量都會好少,我見個感覺良好好多。食落去個滷水汁唔會太鹹。另外滷肉肥瘦適中。啲辣椒油都係潮式,用嚟點墨魚片一流。蠔仔粥啲蠔仔大大粒脹卜卜,一啲腥味都冇,剛剛好唔會太老。比較失望少少就係個豉椒炒蜆,食落去汁蜆分離,應該係烚咗啲蜆,之後撈埋d汁,成碟嘢都係唔熱嘅又冇乜鑊氣,成晚最失望係呢一個小炒。

估唔到喺旺角都可以搵到間抵食嘅潮州飯館,三個人諗住叫四個餸,飲埋啤酒應該每人$200走唔甩,點知叫咗3枝啤酒,炸蠔餅、鵝片、豬紅加埋炸花生,先每人$150有找,所有地理位置嚟講,又可以坐低傾耐啲吹水,真喺性價比高。鵝片嚟講都不錯,雖然份量好似少咗啲,不過真喺啖啖肉嘅,而炸花生配啤酒真喺一流,真喺要叫碟嚟成晚吹水時送下酒,韭菜豬紅大大碗真喺好抵食,味道都唔錯。至於個蠔餅又真喺幾出色,啲蠔仔每一粒都好肥好有咬口。如果喺旺角搵唔到個地方吹水食飯,真喺要bookmark低。

這一間一定要早到,6點30分已經坐滿樓下,唯有坐樓上,原來都有唔少後生仔女會來食,包括我哋, 我哋叫咗好多嘢, 蠔仔粥,豬紅, 鵝片, 蜆,螄蚶 ,大眼雞 ,墨魚片,生腸和我至愛蠔餅,蠔餅真係超級好食! 好多蠔仔 好足料!其實其他餸都唔差的, 下次要帶阿爸阿媽嚟食呢間潮州打冷。

雁來居前身係於同一條街隔幾個鋪嘅新泉發,點要搬鋪諗返起都有洋蔥。話說舊鋪開咗好耐裝修用具都老舊晒,人稱阿叔(老闆)於是投放資金進行全鋪裝修,不過之後做咗大約兩年多到,因為業主易手咁就被迫要搬鋪真係唔好彩。搬鋪代表又要用上唔少時間資金去裝修,不過都好彩佢可以搵返同一條街開過間。 食開新泉發當然會繼續幫襯阿叔,鐘意喱度個鹵水味(其實都幾重味精),不過勝在唔會太甜同埋唔會美極味,所以耐不耐都返嚟食吓 坐低飲返枝獅威,叫咗鵝件食瘦,師傅會比背脊位我哋,可以啜吓骨送下酒慢慢傾下偈 今次再叫多一鍋蠔仔粥,份量夠配料足加埋胡椒粉正,兩個人食到飽飽

Hadn't been to Geese In Place for like a year because last time during the pandemic, the food quality dropped a lot. Probably because they were very quiet and prepared too much food. We still wanted to give this restaurant one more try and we made the right decision. The food quality has returned to their normal standard.The goose was served warm and even the breast was still tender. The oyster congee took quite a while as they had a full house of customers. 相約朋友到旺角潮州打冷,原本幫襯開的老店叫新泉發,搬舖後名字也改了,現在叫雁來居。潮州打冷的好處是很多滷水食物也可以自由配搭做雙拼或三拼。為方便起見今天點了滷水拼盤、蠔餅、春菜、滷水鵝肝拼鵝腸。配以自攜的紅酒,全都是送酒佳品。飲着吃着跟住再追加了花生雞腳,都是下酒的好選擇。自攜酒水免開瓶費,十分有人情味。每人平均消費也不需要$150,在旺區實在是平靚正👍

好幾個月冇嚟旺角砵蘭街,諗住去幫襯咗好多年嘅「新泉發」食潮洲嘢,忽然發現舊址變咗間粥鋪,以為執咗唔做﹗失望之餘,離遠見到豉油街口有間新食肆,行過去睇,見到門口企咗個老伯伯伙記,好熟口面,同佢傾咗幾句,先知三個月前「新泉發」原班人馬搬咗嚟呢間「雁來居」﹗差啲走漏眼,即管入去試吓。新店裝修光猛新淨、簡單舒服,廁所乾淨冇味,非常難得,勝過好多餐廳。我哋得兩丁友,點咗滷水鵝片、韮菜豬紅、鹹酸菜魚同潮洲粥,再整支藍妹。鵝片肉嫩入味,韮菜豬紅爽口,醎酸菜好夠味,佐粥一流,食到舊店嘅傳統味道﹗一路食、一路同幾個伙記有傾有講,知道其中一個阿伯由「新泉發」開店做到依家,打工超過三十年,好忠心喎﹗呢啲具風味嘅小店,賣少見少,絕對值得支持,我一定會再嚟,仲會帶多幾個朋友嚟,試多幾味菜。

新店裝修光猛新淨、簡單舒服,廁所乾淨冇味,非常難得,勝過好多餐廳。

我哋得兩丁友,點咗滷水鵝片、韮菜豬紅、鹹酸菜魚同潮洲粥,再整支藍妹。鵝片肉嫩入味,韮菜豬紅爽口,醎酸菜好夠味,佐粥一流,食到舊店嘅傳統味道﹗


一路食、一路同幾個伙記有傾有講,知道其中一個阿伯由「新泉發」開店做到依家,打工超過三十年,好忠心喎﹗


呢啲具風味嘅小店,賣少見少,絕對值得支持,我一定會再嚟,仲會帶多幾個朋友嚟,試多幾味菜。
