We also had the 🍗Nanban fried chicken (爛漫炸雞), fried tofu and soba noodles with prawn tempura! The soba noodles came in a bowl of hot soup, which made the noodles a tad too soft, personally I do prefer bouncy soba noodles in cold soy sauce!

這裏最讃的就是有免費的燒酎給客人享用,這個優惠已經實行了很多年,我當初以為這是這間日本餐廳推廣這枝燒酎的優惠,想不到直到現在仍然有免費的燒酎提供,如果你是可以喝酒,又沒有特別喜好的話,可以一試,這是無限添加的,我最初喝這個燒酎的時候覺得有點難入口, 燒灼是酒精味較重而清酒就有米酒的甜味,所以我一般喝清酒,但今天喝了兩杯免費燒酎,可能習慣了,而且加冰會較為易入口呢!😜

在這裡吃飯確實有身處在日本的感覺,不能去日本唯有多d來啦!

💭This was quite disappointing as it looked very different from the picture in the menu😭 Tasted quite blend too and had to drench each piece in soy sauce. And considering that the entire dish only consisted of half a soggy blend eggplant, really wouldn’t recommend. Btw, do note that the picture only shows 1/5 of that precious half of an eggplant as I was so weirded out by this dish that I almost forgot about taking a picture.😂

Nimono (煮物) is my favourite category on their menu! It is a Japanese simmered dish that generally consists of a base ingredient simmered in daishi stock flavored with sake, soy sauce, and sugar.

Think it’s the first time I have ever seen such a variety of nimono served at a Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong! I only recall seeing nimono in food stalls in the cooked food section of those super clean and neat shopping centres in Japan.

Starting with their 玉子燒tamagoyaki (HKD 60 approx), just look at how fluffy and steamy this is! Super satisfying though it’s the savoury kind and I lowkey prefer the sweet kind. So we dipped it into the sauce that came with the fried tofu, think it’s a sort of sweet daishi sauce, and was super happy with it 😉

Aside from the tamagoyaki, we also had a bunch of other items.

午餐路過,睇到評價都唔差就試吓,坐一個人嘅吧台位,倒也方便,衛生都足,濕紙巾同小樽酒精擺檯面上。點左一個燒池魚開邊套餐98,食到中間骨邊發現都未夠熟,整條魚都好重嘅腥味,失敗一餐,唯一讚賞係米飯,日本米,晶瑩透亮,糯甜好食。可能係一個同朋友傾談飲酒嘅好地方,但要想食滿意一餐,唔會特登來。

元氣一杯居酒屋響美麗華好多年屹立不倒,我諗除咗有一大班日本客人之外,亦都有好多好似我哋想搵個地方輕輕鬆鬆傾吓計飲清酒,雖然新開嘅五勺響諾士佛台都唔錯,但好似響元氣一杯更有一種溫馨小店嘅感覺 如果有時同朋友想飲下清酒食吓野依度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。佢嘅沖繩炒豬肉同關東煮都唔錯。但係如果你話以服務來講日本餐廳佢就麻麻哋囉,我哋開咗兩支清酒飲到10:30就已經話要我地走,但另一個服務員同我哋講話我哋可以飲晒先走。不過我諗佢哋生意咁好都唔會好注重呢個服務問題。

放工後同朋友一聚,朋友揀咗食日本野,因為大家都唔太肚餓,只係叫咗一份主菜,一份卷物同兩個小食。侍應會問你叫唔叫酒精飲品,因為如果唔叫酒精飲品嘅客人,會送汽水一杯,不過我就同朋友叫咗酒飲吓傾吓計。坐低就會有一人一份前菜,係沙律通粉卷物:吞拿魚加州卷上菜時估唔到咁大份,唔係Menu影出嚟嘅份量,食嘅時候食唔到吞拿魚嘅味道,夾起會散,味道普通。主菜:豚肉生薑燒不太多薑味,份量正常,有大量沙律菜伴碟小食:茶碗蒸&鰻魚玉子燒對茶碗蒸情有獨鍾,去親食日本野都會叫蒸蛋要滑係基本,不過佢蒸前冇整走哂d氣泡,賣相就冇咁靚...味道正常鰻魚玉子燒:份量都係大份嘅...但唔係太食到鰻魚味,同朋友食咗一半就已經食唔落.總結嚟講...覺得餐廳食物少咗日本菜個種精緻,亦可能咁啱我冇點到壽司刺身先覺得食物普通。環境方面因為book咗枱,唔使去到再等位,而且有限聚令,座位相隔得開,每張餐枱旁都有紙牌隔住,兩個人食飯非常好,唔怕有人係隔離聽到。
