To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間元氣壽司位於深水埗，平時下午時間都要等一陣位，可以用apps預先book。見到有海賊王主題就入去食，店員都一如既往服務態度好好，同埋好helpful，環境衛生。點完野食之後，好快就送到嚟啦，有效率。成個用餐過程都相當愉快。

今日同2號契仔食飯，元氣壽司🍣🍣🍣係必然之選。試又考完，試卷又派咗，咁就出嚟開心吓。小朋友就鍾意食煎炸嘢，炸蝦卷、炸魚皮，都係佢哋必叫，又脆味道又好。而我就梗係食三文魚壽司、生蝦壽司，再嚟唔同款嘅軍艦。樣樣都試，😋😋😋勁滿足。我最鍾意就係以甜品作業總結，芝士餅、朱古力餅、再加一個芝士蛋糕。差唔多係每一次去元氣壽司必叫。真係大人細路都鍾意🥰🥰🥰。而且坐得舒服，地方又乾淨。上網攞定位，嚟到舖頭差唔多可以入座，之後仲可以喺商場行吓街，非常盡興🎉🎉🎉

角落生物嘅推廣有好多角落生物嘅食物同埋可以換精品，近排就成日食元氣壽司，通常都會叫蟹柳卷俾小朋友都係中規中矩味道一般紫菜都算脆，另外三文魚吞拿魚嗰啲都算新鮮，有魚味，同埋我覺得元気寿司嘅甜品都幾出色，特別係個芝士蛋糕着得硬嗰陣有啲似雪糕嘅口感

其實呢間，我諗大家都耳熟能詳，咁基本嘢我唔講啦～～ 主要同大家分享今期嘅嘢食首先就係佢呢個帆立貝嘅飯，佢張圖係粒粒飽滿好似好抵價錢$28。點知出到嚟佢勁薄，兩塊疊埋一齊先係佢平時1塊。淨係覺得蝕咗之後就係其實西九龍呢間元氣舖頭已經少咗好多人食，以前都要排隊，依家少咗好多。餐廳分配座位會集合晒啲人一齊，我明白兩個人坐卡位都唔係咁好，但係都唔使人貼人吖😿😿仲有就係唔使等位，但係登入去嗰個門口位冇人睇住，反而要我等返啲職員行返出嚟

味道其實都OK只係冇想像中咁好食叫咗個烏冬，蒸蛋同壽司茶碗蒸啲蛋，都叫做滑嘅，但係可以再滑啲佢哋下啲蛋，會有氣泡烏冬就中規中矩壽司就相對普通，唔係新鮮，亦都唔係話差
