To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍竹輪卷湯烏冬壽司定食小朋友眨下眼就食曬仲要唔夠喉😅個定食仲跟埋一份小沙律 一個蒸蛋 同埋五件壽司🍣個蒸蛋又係小朋友至愛，超級滑🥚五件壽司就唔特別多介紹 新鮮 好味😋📍吞拿魚蓉三文魚子手卷除左外相吸引 口感亦不錯值得推介一試👍🏻📍飛魚子手卷不過不失，但個人喜歡飛魚子多過三文魚子所以就叫一個黎飽下肚😅配上wasabi 加鼓油，點都係咁好食😋一大一小，今餐食左$126.5我覺得都抵食，大人又飽細佬又飽

元氣壽司午餐 😍唔使$100已經有咁豐富嘅日式套餐元氣壽司嘅午市套餐，真係好豐富好多嘢食，而且食物新鮮，價錢大眾化 😋前菜蟹柳蟹籽生菜沙律🥗蔬菜非常新鮮，配合蟹柳沙律醬，很清新的感覺，另外有雜錦壽司🍣🍤壽司米飯香甜軟糯，魚生片刺身都很新鮮🍱套餐還配有牛肉烏冬，烏冬有咬口，牛肉味都很濃郁😋😋還配有一個日式茶碗蒸蛋，蒸蛋非常香滑🥚入口即溶，配料還有蝦肉蟹柳，每一口都熱辣辣，超級好吃呢🤤😍
