To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟Yoho分店到食，貪Yoho泊車優惠多。但對Yoho分店有啲失望壽司整得衰過街邊3蚊舊個d,粟米成本咁平，連咁細舊飯都鋪唔滿，望落去見到飯底..舊飯超迷你，歪嚟歪斜..好似自己買外賣唔小心壓偏左咁。12蚊一件厚切鰻魚，唔要求12蚊好厚，但都唔會穿晒窿照俾客吧。。。味道無問題，當然粟米壽司唔夠粟米係無咁好食，但唔係叫難食其他壽司都算正常，但比起其他分店，真係爭得遠職員態度幾好，有禮貌只怪有其他分店作比較，出品上係差過其他分店

Genki Sushi is truly exceptional! I loved trying their creative sushi offerings. The corn sushi, salmon sushi, and tuna sushi were all incredibly fresh and flavorful. But my absolute favorite was the scallop sushi with truffle sauce - the flavors were so well-balanced and the scallops were incredibly tender. It's clear the chefs here are masters of their craft. I also appreciate how Genki Sushi is always coming up with new and inventive sushi flavors. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was attentive as well.

今次去咗‘元朗YOHO MALL元氣壽司分店’食午餐，我用咗唔同嘅角度去分析一下今次嘅餐飲體驗。份量：叫咗四款嘢其實都好夠飽 。味道：蔥香油甘魚蔥油味調得好好，另外魚冇腥味。蟹雙式壽司係期間限定我覺得味道正常。元氣卷嘅三文魚有少少腥味，唯有食返啲黃薑辟味。大阪章魚燒係我在元氣壽司的至愛之一雖然價錢略貴但好好食。新鮮度：除咗三文魚有啲腥其實OK嘅。餐飲：無限抹茶粉加熱水供應上餐速度：相當迅速店員態度：良好店內環境：當我打開黃姜盒嘅時候發現有大量紙巾在內，令我驚訝立即叫職員更換，他亦表示憤怒。交通地理：在YOHO MALL 十分方便付款方法：銀聯卡人均消費：10%服務費後$108.9Wifi：有Wi-Fi Password提供，可免費上網。
