上菜時店家已將排骨切好,個人認為這炸排骨其實是燒豬扒。 豬扒沒有骨,口感較腍較濕潤,但味道有點過甜及有油膩感😵。菜飯中的菜和飯比例好,不太油膩,但亦因為有油而較難食出米香味。

叫左上海炒年糕,豬排,生煎包,菜飯。本來滿心期待,不過有點失望⋯可能真系太多廣告打造到太好食上海炒年糕炒得都可以,不過豬排好似叉燒⋯應該根本就系叉燒。生煎包系可以一試,多汁。不過真系好多人食,所以要等位,等待食物。位又少又迫。

星期六同女朋友出旺角睇電影 Aladdin 3:15,所以睇之前食飽飽先。我叫咗個外婆紅燒肉湯麵$55,有3大舊,肥瘦適中,好正👍🏻食完係勁飽!至於女朋友就淨係食2個生煎包$18,佢第一下咬,噴晒啲汁出黎,射程勁遠,笑死我,入面勁多肉汁呀,佢話好味,食完都飽。我們一人一杯冷熱豆漿,黃豆味都濃,好味既。

It also comes with plum sauce which I did not use as the Roast goose XLB tasted great on its own.
You could taste the spices from the roast goose.

There were some new dishes that will satisfy your craving for spices such as the Chicken feet and pig ears.

之前試過堅信號生煎包旺角分店,係因為想比較下同行前多兩步嘅另一間米芝連生煎包。雖然個人係對米芝連嘅評鑑經常覺得貨不對辦,不過堅信號嘅生煎包確實比較遜色。包底不夠香脆,麵包身沒那麼軟熟,亦無咁麵包香,湯汁普通且少。今天就試一下其他的食物,看一下有沒有不一樣的感覺。先點了個炸排骨配菜飯,菜飯第一口沒什麼上湯味,像白飯拌了蔬菜而已。再吃幾口,味道有出來一些,可飯口感比味道好。後來吃排骨的時候就知道為什麼飯味道比較淡,因為排骨調味很重呢,甜得不得了,甜到我吃不了肉味,鹹度就合理。排骨沒骨,不知道是不是那天是屠豬日?排骨的肉軟到像麵筋,都不像肉了,然後肥肉也很多。小籠包是還可以,比生煎包好吃就是了。

自佢未搬舖開始食起, 次次都lunch去。 今次第一次去新舖-堅信號。 環境整潔左, 雖然座位都係差唔多咁細。店舖姐姐服務都好好, 有禮又有鄰笑容。 👍🏻可惜食物比以前味道淡, 叫左碟紅油抄手, 等個辣字, 無咩味。🥴加個茄子菜飯, lunch 套餐送豆漿, 埋單$50, 比之前貴左, 個人覺得個價加得唔值, 附近好多野食, 短時間都未必會回頭食返佢。

夜晚10點幾仲未食飯,就求其經過搵間小店食。(其實隔離個間小籠包都好好食、但又想試下新野)雖然舖面唔大,但都坐得舒服既。兩個人嗌左:生煎包(2件,$18)同回鍋肉粗炒($68)。見我地兩個人似share食、侍應姨姨仲主動俾定兩隻細碗俾我地👍🏻非常細心。咁夜既生煎都仲係熱辣辣,正呀!直情係熱到不能即食😂入面d汁鎖得好好,非常正。至於回鍋肉粗炒,個回鍋肉有驚喜,用左甜醬油炒,只係微微微辣,非常易入口。不過個烏冬就一般,可能送飯會再夾d。
