-Steamed Pork Rib with Black Bean Sauce
The pork rib was nicely marinated, although some contained quite a bit of fat.
-Steamed Brown Sugar Sponge Cake
The cake was sweet and soft, and had a spongy texture.
-Steamed Squid in Curry Sauce
The squid was pleasantly chewy and thickly sliced. It blended well with the curry sauce.
-Steamed Chicken Feet with Sauce
The feet were tender and easy to bite.
-Honeycomb Tripes in Sauce
The tripes were flavourful, and the black pepper enhanced its savoury.

-Ginger Cake
Didn't try so not sure abt the taste.
.
The Chinese resto only charged HKD2 tea per person during afternoon tea hours. Originally my mom would like to order Pig Blood Curd with Chives, yet it was sold out. Perhaps we will revisit to try that next time
